It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
