The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

The EIFEL HOUSE anno 1846 is ideal for 4 to 6 guests. It belongs to an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and provide a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel, without sacrificing relaxed luxury. The EIFEL HOUSE is directly adjacent to the EIFEL SUITE anno 1846. When booking both accommodations, the lockable connecting door can be opened and a large, great accommodation for a total of up to 8 guests is created.

There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
