Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

A 10 minutes de tous commerces, vallée des singes, labyrinthe végétal, futuroscope à 40 minutes, et une multitude d'activités à découvrir dans les environs. Disponible à partir de 16h00 Départ avant 11h00 (faire le ménage de la maison).

The Country House

Maison climatisée de plein-pied de 87 mètres carrés entre Angoulême et Poitiers. La maison vous accueille pour un séjour calme et reposant. Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. La Vieille Fromagerie is a complex of three gites, each named after a cheese as they were converted from an old cheese creamery. The gite is self contained with a downstairs open plan living/dining/kitchen and its own private outside area. All guests also have access to the shared, heated outdoor pool (open May-October), boules court, gym, secure childrens play area and games room including table tennis & air hocky.

We have a one-bedroom family room with a double bed and bunk beds, a shower room and kitchen, dining and lounge area. all on one level but not wheelchair friendly, suitable for a family of four. Towels and Bedding are provided.
