An architect project built in 2021 with reused building materials in our wild blooming garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bikes can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west brilliant view of the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 m to bus stop, 100 m to outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Lovely little house with sea view and close to swimming

Our nice guest house has one of the west coast's finest views over the sea and the islands. Newly built and airy with high ceilings. The guesthouse is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area just down by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and hot-air oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer is located in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the reading side. Only 130 m walk over the hills down to the sea and the swimming area!

Seaside accommodation at Bua Strand

A newly decorated Attefall house with kitchen, extension dining area, bathroom, four beds suitable for two adults and two children as well as terrace with lovely sea views. Bua Strand is a unique area with high natural value and nice walking paths both in the forest and on the beach. There is a path up to the exercise trail and three tricky walking paths by the cliffs that are marked in different colors. It is walking distance to several bathing bays and cliffs. It is quiet and calm and the houses blend nicely into nature.

Here you live close to nature and the sea in a very quiet area. The home is tastefully decorated that creates peace and harmony. The property is of a high level and with 2 patios. Nice walks along the beaches or forests directly adjacent to the house. This home is suitable for those who want to relax in a quiet environment and get away from stress. Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The accommodation is suitable for couples, individuals and small families (maximum 3 people).

House of 25 sqm with private location with sea view in wonderful Espevik. Parking included. 10 km from Varberg. 200 meters to the beach. About 1.3 km away is Espeviks camping with a large beach. 1 km to nature reserve. Plenty of walking paths. Wonderful patio in high location. There is one bed, (160cm wide) and we permit 2 guests, however small children are of course also allowed free of charge.

Staying at Katarina's place was great! She is totally warm and always approachable if you need anything. The accommodation was fantastic and just right for feeling good. Especially great: A beautiful nature reserve is nearby - perfect for a walk or just to unwind. You can tell that Katarina is passionate about what she does. We felt really comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights in the small cottage and felt comfortable all around. The location is ideal for smaller excursions on foot and Gothenburg and Varberg are also easily accessible by car. You can also walk to shopping. It was very clean and also the combustion toilet was easy to use and worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend the place.

We were two families with a total of 5 children from 7-15 years as well as grandmother and grandfather who spent an absolutely wonderful week in this amazing house. The kids were especially happy for the pool and trampoline. And it was only 20 minutes to walk down to a nice sand beach. The house has very nice decor and is very well equipped. In addition, Lisa and Rolf are super nice and generous hosts. We felt genuinely welcomed. We can highly recommend a visit here.

We were a week in the accommodation. The location is fantastic and Rudolf a wonderful host. We were even invited to dinner. I can recommend this accommodation 100%. Waking up early and seeing the sea from the bed is indescribable.
