We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase. It is suitable for 2 people, can be extended by an extra bed for a child (baby cot, changing table and highchair available if required). The 38 sqm apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer, towels and shower utensils available). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge. There is a 1.60 m wide bed and a sofa bed. TV and Wi-Fi are available.

Vacation home Natalie

Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and covers approximately 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, WiFi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

In this cozy place to stay, you can sit back, enjoy the tranquility and relax. We furnished it with a lot of love in 2020 and 2021. It is located on the upper floor of our detached house – 4 km from Lake Schömberg, 8 km to Balingen and 19 km to Rottweil. From the skylight of the kitchen/dining area, the Plettenberg rises with its famous tower. From the bedroom, the Hohenzollern/Hechingen can be seen in good weather.

The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a nice TV area with a large sofa bed and a dining table for four people. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used. You are also welcome to use the Weber gas grill for a BBQ.
