The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

Our "Fini" vacation apartment in the attic of our "Urli House" has a bedroom for two adults (single bed/baby bed for one child also possible) as well as a living room. The "Fini" room has a sofa bed for two adults. Here, too, it would be possible to set up an extra bed, especially for a child. In addition, the "Fini" apartment has a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with a sitting area. Free parking around the house, storage facilities for bicycles or pedelecs.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, crib and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €14 per night.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.
