Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). The Landhaus Konrad is an ideal place to escape to and unwind. In addition, it offers an ideal location for cyclists and hikers, who can fill up with fresh air along the natural stream. The Landhaus Konrad is furnished with attention to detail in a romantic style. The equipment is of the highest comfort.

In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
