Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

In a unique location on the edge of a commercial area between Lake Constance and nature conservation area Mindelsee, nearby a few minutes by car or also on foot of the animal and leisure park Bodanrück. Less minutes walking to Lake Constance, wonderful footpaths on Lake Constance in the direction of Konstanz or Radolfzell.

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill.
