The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

My place is close to the town center of Wasseralfingen. A bakery, butcher, supermarket and bank are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-kept 3-family house and offers about 85 square meters to feel good. The region is ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling and relaxing and is especially attractive for families. Therefore, the apartment is child-friendly and can be handed over with a high chair and baby travel bed on request.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. Nearby (500 m) our local recreation area Stausee Rainau Buch is our apartment, where you have many opportunities for sports activities. In summer, the beach at the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the possibility to linger at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby cities of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.
