Spacious living and dining area with fireplace and views of the Eigelbacher Trockenmaar. Additional lounge in the basement. Large terrace with distant views and dining area including grill. Garage and 2 parking spaces are provided.

Take a break and relax in our small, quietly located bird's nest with separate entrance on the outskirts of Kalenborn (5 km to the fountain town of Gerolstein, 7 km to the crime town of Hillesheim). Almost 40 square meters offer a spacious, sun-drenched living/dining room with small kitchen, small bedroom (bed 140 x 200) and small bathroom (shower 80 x 80 x 180). Opt. starting point for hikes and sightseeing (landlord Heinz is happy to give tips). We both only speak German. No pets due to own dog.
