Before arriving, Stephano informed me in detail if we would get lost, and he also carried a heavy carrier. A welcoming wine gift warmed our heart on the table. He also gave us detailed instructions on how to get on the bus to Florence and the bus stop. He wanted to tell us anything. In the old farmhouse, everything is prepared like a house for family, not travelers. I took pictures of the fantastic sunset and scenery. When I go back to Seoul and get tired of my daily life, I think I will reminisce about this picture. And thank you for the gifts, Nicoletta.

How we have affected it at Tenuta Verde. Monica and Daniele are hosts pur sang. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. Warm welcome on arrival, a welcome package that will let you through the first evening and morning. All the previous rave reviews are completely true. Tips about the area what to do next to the big sights and where to eat and buy the best ice cream. Warm personalities who are always there for you. Daniele even came to bring homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice "coming home" after a long day away. Wonderful the tranquility in the garden and around the house. This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

We had a great time . Anita is a very attentive host, the accommodation is located in a beautiful green park in a quiet area with a swimming pool available, a real plus. We will definitely come back and recommend this accommodation. The king size bed is extremely cosy. Perfect location very close to the historic city of Lucca. Thank you for everything, Anita. The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Alessandro welcomed us with great patience and kindness. A very friendly host that we will be happy to meet again next year. My daughter thanks him for finding her blanket after we left, yet another proof of his kindness.

This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

We have now been to Elisa and Alessandro's accommodation for the second time – and it was simply beautiful and absolutely relaxing again! The place is a real oasis where you can switch off perfectly. Elisa and Alessandro are extremely helpful and warm. They provided us with great tips for activities and restaurants, so we could enjoy our stay all around. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Charming apartment in a small village far from the hustle and bustle. You feel like grabbing a chair and sitting next to the village elders to hear comments about the harvest, the heat that is coming and how badly the nephew parked. Super helpful host and well-equipped house. Highly recommended!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

This historic apartment inside Palazzo Pfanner is a unique stay with a splendid view into the magnificent palazzo gardens! I highly recommend staying for a once in a lifetime experience. Dario and his family own and manage the property and are very welcoming hosts. Depending on whether you intend to cook, we found the kitchen small and not very well equipped. Also, the bathroom is functional but rather dated. Overall a great stay for a unique experience!

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.
