Before arriving, Stephano informed me in detail if we would get lost, and he also carried a heavy carrier. A welcoming wine gift warmed our heart on the table. He also gave us detailed instructions on how to get on the bus to Florence and the bus stop. He wanted to tell us anything. In the old farmhouse, everything is prepared like a house for family, not travelers. I took pictures of the fantastic sunset and scenery. When I go back to Seoul and get tired of my daily life, I think I will reminisce about this picture. And thank you for the gifts, Nicoletta.

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Anita est une hôte très attentionnée, le logement est situé dans un parc verdoyant magnifique au calme avec piscine à disposition, un vrai plus. The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. Overall, we really struck gold with this place and it comes highly recommended. Thank you Simona! We hope to visit again soon 🌼 Kristina, Eric and Emma (5) 😊

À moins d'une heure de Florence, Pise, Lucca, Vinci ou de la mer, Pistoia est sans nul doute extrêmement bien située. This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft von Elisa und Alessandro – und es war wieder einfach wunderschön und absolut erholsam! Der Ort ist eine richtige Oase, in der man perfekt abschalten kann. Elisa und Alessandro sind äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants versorgt, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt rundum genießen konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Appartamento grazioso in un borgo piccolo lontano dalla frenesia e dal caos. Ti vien voglia di prendere una sedia e di mettersi vicino a dei anziani del borgo a sentire commenti sul raccolto, sul caldo che sta arrivando e su come ha parcheggiato male il nipote. Host super disponibile e casa attrezzata il giusto. Super consigliato!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

This historic apartment inside Palazzo Pfanner is a unique stay with a splendid view into the magnificent palazzo gardens! I highly recommend staying for a once in a lifetime experience. Dario and his family own and manage the property and are very welcoming hosts. Depending on whether you intend to cook, we found the kitchen small and not very well equipped. Also, the bathroom is functional but rather dated. Overall a great stay for a unique experience!

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.
