Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Bäcker, Metzger lediglich 5min zu Fuß entfernt, Parkplatz 50m Laufweg. Supermarkt 7min Fahrt. Ruhig gelegen, man ist sehr schnell auf dem Berg, im Wald und Natur. Aber auch die Autobahn A5 ist nur 12 min entfernt.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.
