Farm barn in the Black Forest

Surrounded by vines and at the foot of the Northern Black Forest is our beautiful barn. A place where families can relax and unforgettable adventures await in front of the barn door. Altschweier is a cozy wine village with great excursions in the area (Gertelbacher waterfalls, Mummelsee, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, Europapark Rust, Strasbourg). Donkeys, goats, sheep and chickens live on our farm. On request, we offer farm tours and donkey hikes.

Welcome to our lovingly and comfortably furnished Zwergenstübchen. The vacation home is idyllically located next to our typical Black Forest half-timbered house surrounded by forest and meadows. At an altitude of 680 m and away from the urban jungle and any everyday hustle and bustle, you can enjoy nature or discover it on your own. Come and recharge your batteries in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) overlooking our miniature goats, our mini donkeys, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case) 😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.
