The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Fully independent, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a garden and sunny terrace. New 8 x 4 m swimming pool, maximum depth 1.60 m, equipped with a heating cover. A temporary terrace is in place, with outdoor landscaping planned for autumn and spring. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or enjoying some quiet time alone.

Le Petit Boucheron

On a plateau overlooking 120 ha of meadows and groves, the Boucheron sheep farm is located 15 km south of Limoges. It is the oldest house in the area that has been renovated to make it a cozy and comfortable cottage with 4 en-suite bedrooms. The house opens on one level onto a shaded lawn. It has an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, heated, private, open from May to September, a 60 m2 terrace with a covered area. On the site another gîte can accommodate 15 people.
