The house is spectacular, very well located and fully reflects with the photos. The house was clean and well cared for. Very well equipped. Mariana is out of the curve, super attentive, resolves everything immediately. I recommend.

Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are located in the lower part of the land, having a lot of privacy. It's like three apartments, very comfortable. A beautiful view in all rooms. I recommend for large families or trip with friends. It is necessary to have a car, as the house is in a nose and in my opinion, you have to go by car to the beaches. Thanks so much Lily!

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional! House with large, clean environments and very good tasteful decoration. Quiet Condominium with breathtaking view and quick access, on foot, to Geriba Beach. Giuliana and Daniela extremely kind. Edna, the helper and cook , makes up the soul of the house. It was well worth it and we want to go back!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Salvana is an excellent host, she welcomed us very well! The house is wonderful, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent integrated space with equipped kitchen. The gourmet space is also excellent, we had a barbecue! I definitely recommend this place! Daniela

Our stay was excellent. The hosts are super polite and helpful, the house was exactly what we were looking for, the inside of the house is simple, but cozy, the mattresses are good, the outside area is delightful. It was a weekend of rest and peace, everything flowed very well. The location is great, you can enjoy both the beach and the house. The secretary who went to cook too, made a lunch the way we asked, I recommend everything.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very good, spacious, with good furniture and a detail for the sofa that is super comfortable! It is well located, the building is good and there are 3 parking spaces, a rare thing in CF. Mariane was super helpful and willing to meet all our needs. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was wonderful! Marcelly answered us always quickly and took all our doubts. The space is very beautiful and cozy.

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Simply divine, the flat is large and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The perfect kitchen. Location is also wonderful, all amazing. The reception of Thaís was a great differential too, it always responds on time and resolves whatever it takes beyond that it is a person's candy. Certainly upon returning to Cabo Frio I will want to stay again!

The apartment is just like the photos, great location, everything is close! The only detail that is written in the advertisement is the balcony that cannot be used because it is at risk of falling! Other than that, everything was perfect and according to the ad!

We went in 9 people and the house served us perfectly. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very good, kitchen with two powerful refrigerators, and a very spacious outdoor area. The house is very close to the Rocket Beach, to walk peacefully. I had never stayed on this beach and I liked it a lot, being more quiet and very beautiful, being halfway to Praia do forte and Arraial. The house was clean. About Thiago, he was very helpful and always responded to us quickly. Constructive criticism: the Jacuzzi takes a long time to heat up and the circuit breaker key can't handle, we just connect the Jacuzzi and the misteira and she fell. Another thing is that not all rooms/bathrooms have mirrors, women mostly can be a problem. In conclusion, the house is great, even for several people, and the helpful and reliable host. I highly recommend it.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook).
