Monthly Rentals in Cahermore

Lovely, refurbished cottage in natural surroundings on the Beara Peninsula. We enjoyed a visit to the Buddhist monastery, a cable car trip to Dursey Island, fishing for pollock, home cooking and a movie night at the fireplace, super quiet nights. Sheila and Andy were flexible, lovely and helpful.

We had a lovely time at the cottage. The view is stunning and exactly as it looks in the photos in the listing. We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic lamb and Cotton, the cat. Pat and Delia were very helpful with their instructions, and happy to provide suggestions and recommendations. We spend two days in the area doing lovely walks and would 100% recommend the place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. The pints at the community centre down from the house were also great! Thanks, Pat and Delia. :)

Spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet area, with car parking space outside. Location was convenient to Castletownbere, where I'd recommed both Murphy's restaurant, and McCarthy's bar.

Fantastic little place to stay ? Fresh bread and milk and a booklet of the local area was waiting for us. Everything we needed and more was inside. Felt very safe, nice little TV and the space itself is very cozy and was clearly refurbished with time and consideration Would recommend it to anyone.
