Holiday rentals with a patio in Cala Sant Vicenç

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

El piso es muy cómodo, ideal para dos parejas, cada habitación con su baño en suite lo que permite mucha intimidad y con amplio lugar para compartir. Bien ubicado y súper limpio. Equitación suficiente. Por ponerle algún pero hubiera agradecido algún básico más. Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el puerto.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war die Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Check-in verlief super einfach und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Parken kann man auf der Straße, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, nicht in gelben Zonen zu parken, da diese verboten sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor allem nach Mitternacht schwer zu finden, sodass man manchmal ein Stück weiter weg parken und ein bisschen laufen muss. Die Lage ist top – besonders Playa del Muro ist schnell zu erreichen und absolut traumhaft. Wir waren zu viert dort und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war wirklich perfekt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Coloma and her team at the guesthouse next door were so lovely and kind, and were especially lovely with our small children. They also provided a cot and high chair for us so we were very well set up (though I would say if you’re coming with babies, the beautiful tiles are a little hazardous for slips and falls - lovely for adults though!) The place was great overall - perfect location and lovely romantic feel to the rooms and quiet shady patio

Alles top! Marco ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind Highlights. Gerne wieder!

Notre séjour a été trés agreable. L‘Appartement était très beau,propre et proche de plusieurs restaurants, supermarché et une belle plage au alentour. Stefanie et Miquel nous ont également aidé durant notre séjour lorsqu’on rencontrait quelques petites difficultés. Merci pour le séjour et biensûr qu’on reviendra lorsqu’on aura de nouveau des Vacances à Mallorca. Je vous recommande vivement le logement.

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?

Wat hebben wij een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Met vijf personen verbleven we in deze prachtige woning, en werkelijk alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De accommodatie is ruim, stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien – je merkt aan alles dat er met liefde en oog voor detail is gewerkt. Het zwembad was echt de kers op de taart: schoon, groot genoeg voor ons allemaal en heerlijk om in te ontspannen na een dagje ontdekken of simpelweg om de hele dag bij te vertoeven. De rust en privacy die je hier ervaart zijn ongeëvenaard. Geen drukte, geen geluidsoverlast – alleen pure ontspanning in een schitterende omgeving. Kortom: een compleet, comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf op een toplocatie met een goede host. Wij hebben genoten en zouden deze plek zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, luxe en persoonlijke gastvrijheid!

Het is een fantastische locatie. Prachtig huis, groot erf met tuin. En een heerlijk zwembad met zit/liggedeelte. goed onderhouden. Contact met Juan verliep prima. We wilden bv graag extra parasollen, werd snel geregeld. Het inrijden van het weggetje naar links richting de villa is wat krap. Die bocht is niet te halen. Even doorrijden, draaien en dan is het vanaf die kant wel te doen. Zeker een aanrader, een heerlijke villa. Ook om een dagje niets te doen en genieten bij t zwembad.

Thomas’ house was magnificent, a peaceful escape for us. The house is right in the centre of the island and we were able to go to the most beautiful bays in 30-60 minutes. You can feel that the house is generally loved, the kitchen is the most useful kitchen I have ever been to, you can find all kinds of kitchen appliances. In the evenings, you can listen to the birds singing while eating in the garden. Thomas and his girlfriend were also very fast in communicating and helped us a lot with our needs. We will miss Mallorca and this beautiful house very much and I hope we will come back one day :)

What a great find. James was a great host. The house, swimming pool and gardens were just what we needed for a party of six adults and two children not forgetting the vegetable garden orchard. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We barbecued a couple of times and there is a great shaded area to sit and eat. Soller is a short walk away and Port Soller is a ten minute drive. If you have young children the tram ride to Port Soller is fun and the beach is ideal.

Ett fint hus med privat basseng sentralt til alt Alcúdia har å by på. Huset var rent og uteområdet med basseng var praktisk. Vær obs på at det er en del hunder i nabolaget som bjeffer mye om du er veldig følsom for lyd. Alt i alt ett sted vi kunne tenke oss å booke igjen

Wat een geweldige plek! Helemaal verscholen in de bossen, een klein paradijsje! Hier kun je helemaal tot rust komen. Bovendien zijn Gabriel en zijn ouders super aardig en behulpzaam. We mochten mee eten met de zelfgemaakte paella en omdat we de eerste avond pas laat aankwamen, hadden ze alvast wat boodschappen voor de volgende ochtend gehaald. We missen de honden Sel, Toto en Jeep heel erg. Ze begroetten ons elke ochtend. Net zoals de poesjes. Ik zou er zo een paar maanden kunnen verblijven! Heel erg bedankt! 🙏🏻

Sehr schönes Anwesen ca. 20min vom Flughafen entfernt - ruhige Gegend wo man unter sich ist - zu Fuss schwer erreichbar dafür gibt es einen tadelosen Taxiservice in die Innenstadt - die Fotos entsprachen dem Original - in Summe eine tolle Unterkunft außerhalb von Palma! Sehr empfehlenswert 🫶

This place is perfect in every way! It has a beautiful walkway and gardens as you enter with fruit trees and grape vines, shading the yard and creating privacy. We loved sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The house is newly updated with modern appliances and furniture. There is a lot of space inside with multiple sitting areas and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect as it is a few minute walk to a small local grocery store and also to the town center. The grocery store bakes fresh baguettes everyday:) The town is delightful with a lively town square graced by a beautiful church and restaurants all around. It feels like the quintessential Spanish village. We are hikers and could walk from the house to multiple hiking trails which took us higher into the mountains through olive groves and to vistas with breathtaking views. We loved hiking to other small villages and eating and shopping before returning to Soller. This was truly a dream!

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s flat. The location was perfect — in the north of the island, with easy access to beautiful, wild nature, which we really enjoyed. The flat was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to use the kitchen. Maria and her husband were kind, friendly, and welcoming hosts. They were always reachable and happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a great area. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a couple of problems checking in, however Angel worked very hard to rectify them as soon as possible. He was very apologetic and ensured the rest of our stay was perfect. Great apartment in a great location.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

La maison de Ralf était géniale! Encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. La literie est super confortable! Le cadre est très calme. Ralf nous a aidé pour tout ce dont on avait besoin, c’est un hôte extrêmement gentil et serviable, on a aussi aimé discuté avec lui! Nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs!

Appartement impeccable: propre, spacieux et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, nous y avons mangé tous les jours! Emplacement parfait : À moins de 10min à pied de la très belle plage d’Alcudia, à proximité de restaurant, Lidl a 2min à pied et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (en 5 nuits nous nous sommes toujours garés devant la porte!). Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pedro qui a toujours été à l’écoute et très arrangeant. On ne peut que recommander ce logement !!!

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
