Enjoy being away from the city but still close in a beautiful modern studio with spectacular views of the Malibu ridge. We are extremely lucky that our canyon was saved from the January fires. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 5mn walk from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills. 420 friendly!
