The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Location has matching amenities including the right amount of bedrooms, pool table and pool. Worked great for us as 3 siblings traveling in town for a family emergency.

Beautiful spot! Loved it here! Great host and location. Must drive to Old Place for breakfast and coffee. I love these hills.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

We were lucky enough to have enjoyed a family at John’s place. Words can’t fully express how incredible the house is. The location feels remote but isn’t far up from the PCH, which was perfect. The pool was heated as promised and was clean and incredible for young families, as well as adults! As a host, John and was the most catering I’ve ever encountered. We had a couple of surprise family guests on day 2/4. John was incredibly understanding and catered for the last minute, extra day-guests. We felt John was truly there and understanding, with the emphases always on making sure our stay was as peaceful as possible. Thank you John! We can’t wait to come back!

john’s peaceful sanctuary is my favorite place to stay when I’m in town for work. surrounded by nature, it is a quiet, safe, and welcome respite. as usual, i can’t wait to return! thank u again john! 🙏🏽🌺

Meghan and Viktor were great hosts. The house was very clean and was furnished ideally for a family holiday. The back yard had great activities (darts, fussball table) for older kids. Hiking, shopping and restaurants are all within a short distance. The beach and Camarillo outlets are only a 30 min drive. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for hosting a small dinner party. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. The attention to detail in the accomodation was noticeable, which is why I can highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to enjoy activities in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley.

My employer had to book a last-minute stay for me, and Jon was incredibly responsive and quick to get everything set up. He sent over clear instructions for the house and local recommendations, which made everything super easy. The space itself was beautiful and cozy, with charming decor, a great collection of books and graphic novels, and wild bunnies hopping around outside; which made the place feel extra magical. My stay was peaceful and relaxing from start to finish. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Jon, for being so kind and helpful, I really appreciated it!

As a former LA resident, staying at this pristine property in Canoga Hills felt like coming home. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Jade was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend opting for the pool warming—it’s absolutely worth it! The pool itself is immaculate and the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful LA day. The home is also fully stocked with all the linens and essentials you could need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Robbie’s place was great! The house was clean and comfortable, and just as described. The highlight was definitely the backyard and pool/ Spa absolutely amazing! The kids had a blast swimming and playing outside, and it was the perfect spot for relaxing in the evenings. Robbie was a responsive and friendly host. We’d definitely come back!

Eddie's house was better than expected. The open living area is huge and was perfect for an energetic 3 year old to run around. The very large back patio had orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit, a trampoline (!) and nice shaded picnic table. Lots of free street parking right in front of the house. Stores and restaurants about a mile away are handy. The couch/bed in the main bedroom was perfect for a child who wanted the security of mom and dad in the room. Eddie always responded with a few minutes to requests and allowed for a flexible check-in and was very accommodating to any request. I highly recommend Eddie's house for a small family/group trip.

Our family members had the opportunity to utilize this beautiful home as we celebrated our Granddaughters graduation… beautiful home, beautiful location, very quiet and secure…it totally supplied our families expectations .. thank you for allowing us to utilize this property..

We had a very nice stay for 3 nights and were so grateful for the pool on this really hot weekend!! The place was super clean and well appointed and the hosts were really kind and responsive. It needs to be noted that the house has been converted to a duplex style home so it doesn’t feel completely private, if that’s what you’re looking for and the pool area has a surveillance camera which I, personally, don’t love. We didn’t see anyone else, we had the pool to ourselves which the owners make a point of ensuring so that was nice.

Perfect for our stay in West Hills....neighborhood was quiet and felt safe...we loved the hammock in the backyard and had plenty of seating for outside too. House was stocked with everything we need including a pack n play and a bath seat for my 6 month old grandson which was nice...kitchen was well stocked and loved the coffee they had...place was very easy to find and Alexis was great to communicate with...house is adorable...

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about David and Helena’s home and surroundings! The views are spectacular from every window in a quiet and meditative locale. From the beautiful, zen-like decor to the comfortable beds, to the fabulous gourmet kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were visiting for our daughter’s wedding. David and Helena were attentive, responsive hosts making our visit seamlessly pleasant. We are grateful to have experienced a wonderful retreat!
