Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

The apartment has WLAN, a high-quality kitchen with electric kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, a bathroom with walk-in shower. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Cozy non-smoking apartment ideal for hikers, cyclists and Kassel explorers. Two flights of stairs lead to your bright oasis of tranquility. The large kitchen/living room is the center of your self-contained apartment. The small table in the dormer window is also suitable as a mini office. The bathroom invites you to linger with a spacious shower and modern design. In the bedroom, a double bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m) awaits you. The chaise longue can also be used as an extra bed.

Chalet Habichtswald

Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hoher Dörnberg in the Habichtswald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to a riding stable for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The Friedrichstein hiking parking lot is in the immediate vicinity and offers access to various premium hiking trails.

Apartment in Fürstenwald

Our apartment in Calden-Fürstenwald offers accommodation for 2-4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a large balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Füwa has an NVV connection towards Kassel. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Füwa and its beautiful nature invite you to cycle and hike. But not only for active vacationers, there is also a lot on offer culturally in the surrounding area. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Individually furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of our beautiful half-timbered house. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Charming guest house near the UNESCO World Heritage Site

The guest house is located within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park in one of Kassel's most popular districts. The closest tram stop is 500 meters away. From there, you can go directly to the city center. The residential area is very quiet and the guest house is in the immediate vicinity of the conservation area, which offers many opportunities for walking or hiking.

The cozy apartment is located in a former farmhouse from around 1900. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom as well as a kitchen and an open living and dining area with a total of 42 m². An idyllic patio invites you to linger in the sunshine. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. The central location in the center of town makes it easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
