Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Çalıca Mahallesi

I was very undecided whether to leave feedback on our stay for fear that in the future it would become an accommodation that is always occupied, but I couldn't help but give it my best... it was a fantastic experience and the host was always friendly and kind. Congratulations, keep it up

We spent 7 wonderful nights in the villa and had a completely relaxing time. The house was very clean, as was the pool – everything was regularly maintained. A big thank you to Mustafa, who was always there to help us with advice and action and helped us immediately with any questions. You should know that Yesilüzümlü is a rather remote place - just right for those who seek peace and simply want to switch off. If you want some hustle and bustle, you can reach the center of Fethiye in about 20 minutes by car or taxi. We can definitely recommend the villa and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

Mr. Onur was very helpful from the moment we checked into the house. The house was available so it allowed us to check in early. It was also as stretching as possible for checkout. We were able to reach them quickly when we needed them and they provided very quick support. Thank you😊 The house is very beautiful and very pleasant. The location of the house is in the city, but it feels like out of the city because it's in a whole lot of land. 5-10 minutes by car to everywhere. We were able to easily go to all the bays. When we wanted to stay in the house, the garden, pool and the amenities of the house felt very comfortable. It's a completely private space that's not visible from the outside. The stars look perfect at night. We were incredibly satisfied with our 5 night stay in this house. If you're among the different options, you can choose without a second thought.

I only stayed a short time at Fatih’s place, but during this time, both the host and the accommodation exceeded expectations. Fatih was warm and welcoming, showed us around the house, and even offered recommendations for the city and its attractions. All in all, the stay was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Every room had an AC, which made sleeping in the comfortable beds even more enjoyable. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained, with a grill, a pool, and a cozy sitting area. To sum up, I would highly recommend Fatih and his hospitality to anyone looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in this beautiful town.

The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.

They also bought the other apartments in the building where I stayed before and started to provide services with 4 apartments. We were thinking of renting a villa, we rented this apartment at a cost of less than half the price and it was almost in the comfort of a villa, it deserved our money to the end, it is cheaper than the apartments in the large site consisting of 20-30 apartments, much more well-maintained and peaceful. We would like to thank Ms. Necla's son Özgür very much, he responded to our messages very quickly and made suggestions for activities we could do in the region, the location is excellent.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

Ahmet's apartment was very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and Ahmet and his family were very helpful and responsive to messages. He allowed me a late checkout on the last day which was a huge bonus. I would recommend his property

Very good location, host responded quickly to messages and also gave recommendations for the area and answered questions. You were in the center in 10 minutes and could reach everything easily (restaurants, sea). House was clean, pool very beneficial especially for the children. We were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back.

The location of the house is right next to the greenhouse. We found the address easily. We had no problems settling in the house. It was exactly as described in the advertisement and shown in the photographs. We were satisfied with the house. It was very useful to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house and rooms are spacious. There are two toilets. It made us very comfortable. In the kitchen, there were all kinds of plates, bowls, glasses, breakfast sets, etc. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. As a small piece of advice, you may need another air conditioner because the house is large. There are two air conditioners. When we close all the windows, it cools the house in hours, but when it is a little hot outside or when you cook in the kitchen, the air cooled by the air conditioner can get hot. Other than that, I have no suggestions or recommendations. I recommend it to everyone.
