Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Çalıca Mahallesi

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

6 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla doğanın içinde harika bir yerde 2 gece geçirdik. Ev tertemizdi, eşyalar oldukça yeni, mutfak malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Evde hoparlöre kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Havuz tertemiz, bakımlıydı. Çevresinde yakın evler olsa bazen ses gelse de mahremiyet çok güzel sağlanmış, biz rahatsız olmadık. Arkadaşlarımızla çok keyifli vakit geçirdik, kendi evimizdeymişiz gibiydi, içimize sinmeyen hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadık. Tatilimiz boyunca en çok kurduğumuz cümle “Mutlaka tekrar gelelim.” oldu. Keşke olsa dediğimiz tek şey toptu, onu da biz bıraktık :) Özer Bey de her konuda çok yardımcı biri, giriş çıkışlarımızda esneklik sağladı, sorularımıza her zaman cevap verdi ve her zaman ulaşılabilirdi. Bu güzel deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

9 aylık bebeğimizle toplamda 8 gece konakladık, o bölge için yoğun araştırma sonrası burada konaklamaya karar verdik, ve iyi ki burası dedik. Aybüke hanım ve eşi Turgay bey bizi çok güzel karşıladılar, kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Çok güler yüzlü ve çok profesyoneller, tatilimizin güzel geçmesi için gerçekten çok ilgilendiler. Bebek mama sandalyesinin masasında bir sorun vardı, ikinci gün yenisini temin ettiler. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Eve gelince, evde ihtiyacınız olabildiğini düşündüğünüz her şey vardır, ufak detayına kadar. Ev gerçekten güzel ve temiz, Turgay bey iki günde bir gelip bahçe ve havuz temizliğini sağladı. Konum olarak hem çok sakin hem de merkeze çok uzak olmayan bir yerde. Her açıdan beklentilerimizin üstündeydi. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Daire çok güzeldi, konaklamamız çok keyifli geçti. Lokasyon olarakta çok iyiydi. Sadece araba park ederken biraz zorlandık ama bir şekilde çözülüyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

Son derece profesyonel bir hizmet sunuyor Fatih bey. Evde eksik hiçbir şey yoktu. 4 kişi konakladık ve ev gayet ferahtı. Tekrar buraya yolumuz düşerse uğramayı düşünürüm.

Evin konumu seranın hemen yanında. Adresi kolay bulduk. Eve yerleşmemizde sorun yaşamadık. İlanda yazan ve fotoğraflarda gösterilen neyse oydu. Biz evden memnun kaldık. Bulaşık makinesi ve çamaşır makinesi olması çok faydalı oldu. Ev ve odalar geniş. İki klozet var. Bizi çok rahat ettirdi. Mutfakta her türlü tabak, çanak, bardak, kahvaltı takımı vb. ne ararsak vardı. Odalar temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. Ufak bir tavsiye olarak ev geniş olduğu için bir adet daha klima gerekebilir. İki adet klima var. Her yeri kapattığımızda saatler içinde evi serinletiyor fakat dışarısı biraz sıcak olunca veya mutfakta yemek yapınca klimanın soğuttuğu hava ısınabiliyor. Onun dışında bir önerim tavsiyem yok. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Staying at Multu's house was an absolute pleasure. It’s the perfect place to recharge, offering a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The location is incredibly serene, with breathtaking views of Babadag. Hope I will back once again!

Safa bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi, çok ilgili ve kibar biri. Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi, temizliği ve düzeni çok güzeldi. 5 gecelik konaklamamız oldu, Safa bey tüm ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda müthiş ilgili ve hızlıydı. Evin önünde her daireye ait park yeri olması çok büyük rahatlık. Yürüyerek 5 dk içinde ana caddeye çıkılıyor olması, tüm marketlerin ve ATM'lerin yakın olması çok avantajlı. Tekrar tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir evdi.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Die Villa war genau wie auf den Bildern, etwas älter, aber definitiv ihr Geld wert. Sie war bestens ausgestattet, und wir fanden alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders erfreulich war der flexible Check-in. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit unserer Ankunft und kamen erst um 2:30 Uhr nachts an. Herr Burak hatte netterweise auf uns gewartet und uns herzlich eingewiesen. Das war wirklich eine tolle Aktion und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht! Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls super zentral, was es einfach macht, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall, mit dem Auto zu kommen, um die besten Seiten der Region zu entdecken. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

It was simply amazing! I highly recommend a stay. The only little thing that I have to admit is that the beds are not so comfortable unfortunately. The mattresses are really hard. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll have the best time there! Loved the rest, loved kayaköy! ❤️

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a stunning villa with easy access to Fethiye (great shopping and restaurants) or tons of fabulous beaches then definitely book with Naciye! He is the kindest man...so helpful and accommodating. His villa is pristine and plenty big enough for 6 people. It's also lovely with great mountain views. The pool is seen to every morning. Its a short stroll to the local town for anything need and/or bars & restaurants. We didn't bother hiring a car as we made friends with a local taxi driver who dropped/pick us up from the beaches (very cheaply). We can't wait to return and really had an amazing time at this villa!

Vielen Dank dass wir spontan die Villa mieten konnten! Der Check-in & Check-out waren problemlos. Die Küche war exzellent ausgestattet! Der Pool & die Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war sehr sauber - besonders die Badezimmer und Betten! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen gewesen. Absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏻👍🏻 Danke nochmals!

We were a family of 5 the house was spacious and spotless on arrival any minor issues were always resolved quickly Mehmet was good with replying Loved the location around 20 minutes to Fethiye town and around 10-15 minutes to oludeniz beach There was restaurants and shops within 5-7 minutes walk Local mosque around 5 minutes walk aswell Had a taxi button right outside the villa with taxis arriving promptly Pool was nice and clean First time staying in a villa and we all really enjoyed it Thanks again Mehmet

Everything was amazing! From the moment we arrived, Tahsin Abi gave us the warmest welcome, which immediately made us feel at home. The house was spotless and very well-organized. We found all the amenities we needed—and more! There were thoughtful touches everywhere, even a whiteboard and marker which came in super handy for games and fun activities. It’s clear that a lot of care was put into making the place comfortable and guest-friendly. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place with a wonderful host!
