This is a beautiful apartment, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The building is new and very well maintained. Wendy is friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. It has secured parking underground and it’s in a great position to explore the local areas. A really good find, thanks Wendy .

fantastic apartment. decor and size of the place perfect for our 10 day holiday. the location was ideal with just a 10 minute walk to all bars and restaurants. communication was great and would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved it here! I spent 2 months in Alcoy as a school internship and I chose this airbnb. Very good overall, view is so good and location are 5/5. Only downsides would be no oven/airfryer and some of the pans were not capable with the stove, but these are long period problems. I highly recommend this AirBnB and city!

The Artico is fully recommended. Not only because of the location, because the extensive beach is just a stone's throw away and some restaurants are within walking distance. The Artico, with its large terrace and the additional, protected roof terrace, is very cozy and above average clean, well maintained and also suitable for a longer stay. However, a special thank you goes to the landlady Astrid, who kindly and very helpful answers all questions quickly. Their tips almost replace a guidebook. Thanks for that and see you next time.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, all the equipment is modern and in like-new condition, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were all the essentials for a comfortable stay: dishwashing tablets, sunflower oil, seasonings, laundry tablets, etc. Even though it wasn’t hot during our stay, there are plenty of air conditioners throughout the apartment. The parking is also very convenient—you get a pass for a secure public parking area just a 3-minute walk away, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. Lastly, a big thank you to Delphine and Marco for being amazing hosts. They were always available and ready to help.

I recommend staying at this location. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and utensils, storage space. Very friendly host. It's nice to go out in the morning with a cup of coffee in the garden. The area is luxurious, paddle court outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting all the sights and the beach for 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping mall and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Wonderful stay in Oliva Nova.A newly renovated house, beautiful and very comfortable, with ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The great outdoor area with a porch , garden and pool which we have fully enjoyed. Very close to the beach and an express carrefour. Very quiet area with little atmosphere but we didn't mind. Worse , the amount of mosquitoes in the area, but based on repellente we have coped it well. . Always helpful and friendly hosts. In short, a super recommended place, to repeat 👌

The stay at Casa Dora de Jávea was great. We loved enjoying the pool and relaxing on the terracita. the communication with Barbara as a host was very fluid and she was attentive to us at all times, we had a problem with the hot water that came to be fixed immediately and allowed us to have a more flexible departure time. As the only point to improve, we suggest the renovation of the sofa bed which is quite uncomfortable. The final feeling is that we really enjoyed our trip thanks to having spent much of our time in Casa Dora, we would repeat without hesitation!

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Our stay was perfect. Place was lovely and clean. Furnished well as per the pictures. Lucien was a great character and very helpful with providing information for us. No faults at all.

We stayed in Victor’s apartment during 15 days and it was amazing. The apartment was exactly like the photos, it has e everything to spend a nice days relaxing , the area was quite calm, the building is very organized and clean and it’s close to the restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach. Victor is a great host, always prompt to help, solve issues and provides the feedback very quickly. I recommend Victor and the apartment to all that would like to spend their holidays near the sea and relaxing.
