what I liked most was the views and cleanliness of the apartment, and a garage is available

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was impeccable and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It is a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna has been available at all times, has been very kind to us and has given us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Unbelievable place to stay, we had two kids with us and they loved it, the pool area is so well thought out and safe for toddlers, all the edges are rounded, there is a shallow pool and the full pool area is fenced of with one lockable gate. Brilliant views from the amazing roof terrace. We didn’t have a car but we just down loaded a local taxi app which took us into town for 10 euro. Would great for two couples as well. We will definitely be going back!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Had a perfect time in Klaudia's place. She handled the delay I had well and let me in neatly. The apartment is in the lively center of Calpe, so you can quickly walk to both beach, old town and restaurants.

Christian is a great and very helpful person. Responded to all questions and was always available. The view from the balcony to the sea and the rock is insane, the sun for the greater part of the day. Some noise from the construction site across the street, but to keep up. Close to supermarkets with Mercadona at the forefront. The apartment was cleaned but not exactly, a lot of dust. In general, I recommend, especially the host :)

My wife and I stayed at Inge's house for a wedding weekend along with two other couples, and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. A beautiful home with an amazing layout, clean, spacious, and an excellent location in the town. Parking for two cars in the garage also a massive bonus. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Lovely stay in the countryside with beautiful hiking trails all around. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, quick and clear communication. The house feels like a home away from home, is really well equipped with great attention to detail - really appreciated the festive decorations around Christmas time :)

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The accommodation was as described. The villa is very private, good for families. Everything was clean and tidy. The communication was also great, check-in without problems. Lidl, Aldi nearby. The beach is also very quick to reach. All in all, it was worth it. I'd be happy to come back👍🏻 ☀️ 🏝️ 🌴🌸

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Loved the apartment. Had everything I needed but for a kettle. The balcony was big.loction was brilliant. Had a view of the sea and promenade. 50 yards walk to la fossa beach. Salt Lake over the road a few hundred yards. Lots of bird life including pink flamingo. Loved the walk round it. Lots to do in Calpe including walking up Calpe Rock.

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Amazing place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close to the beach and center of Calpe. It has a wonderful view from the balcony and it has everything you need. Also the communication with the hosts is very fast and easy, that’s so convenient!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
