Townhouse holiday rentals in Calp

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

We had a great stay in Alex’s townhouse! Great location, far enough away from the huddle and bustle of Benidorm, but short walk into town. The house catered for all our needs, and we enjoyed the peaceful pool area and sunbeds. (We were always up early so could get a sunbed as there isn’t loads.) Great easy check in and out. Would highly recommended this place.

Very functional house, well located and very well-equipped. Despite some concerns at the beginning of my host's independent stay, she was very accommodating in finding solutions and that we are well. Very nice area, very pretty condominium, very quiet a haven of peace. We would recommend Gudi and her home. We'll be happy to go back!

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

Fantastic stay at the beautiful Casa Maya, easy check in, felt instantly at home, all clean and tidy, lovely rooms, everything you could possibly need was provided. Beautiful house in the heart of Altea Old Town close all the bars & restaurants. Split over 4 levels with great sea view from lounge & terrace on top floor. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the old town.

Mitzi's flat was gorgeous - so comfy and well equipped with everything you needed to have a great stay. We loved the balconies!

In the description it said water view, however that was not the case. Also the check in was not flexible, we had to make changes to our itinerary to meet someone to let us in by 9 pm. This is the first time I had to do that.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

It's a really very nice place to stay. Great furniture and lovingly furnished. The house has 2 beautiful terraces and a pool. You can hear the traffic.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Everything perfect!!! To put some sticks the pool from outside they closed it the day after going and the indoor pool area the water was cold.

The cleanest AirBNB we've stayed in. Bathrooms were spotless. Tastefully decorated, everything worked, no need to contact the host to repair anything. No clutter. Can't stress enough the cleanliness of the house. Clara was a great communicator, responsive and friendly. If we go back to Alicante, we'll be checking availability of this listing first.

Another wonderful stay at this accommodation , the house has everything you need for a long term stay. Hosts have been great and always sort out any issues quickly. We have stayed here four times now so highly recommended

Available if needed, she asks if there is anything we need anything, or if she can help during our stay. Concerned about our well-being. I enjoyed my stay in Calpe is a beautiful city, lively and quiet in the residence. The beach is beautiful and the pool matches the photos too… I highly recommend this host. Wow!! Marinas place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, decorated beautifully and we had all we needed for our short stay. Marina was very quick to reply to questions and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a beautiful front garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or to be able to eat outside. The seating area on the balcony was also very lovely as was the bottom patio with deck chairs. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool very clean. There is nothing I can fault on this property. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to visit again in the future!
