Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Explanada. The rooftop terrace has breathtaking views of the castle, sea, and city. It's a great place to sit and sunbathe with a glass of wine, have breakfast or a nice dinner with the illuminated castle right next door. Can you imagine?

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.

Our charming house was built in 1920 and renovated in 2023. It is located in the picturesque seaside neighborhood of Cabañal, just 5 minutes from the beach. In addition, it has very close public transport, offering excellent connections to the sights of Valencia. In the neighborhood you will also find restaurants, a traditional market, supermarkets and all the necessary services. Tourist license: VT-41862-V
