Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación del apartamento,con vistas al mar,cerca del puerto,el peñón de Ifach( que es impresionante) y las playas que son de arena fina,aguas transparentes y tranquilas .Con Monika el trato a sido muy correcto,muy recomendable

Fantastisch verblijf in Calpe absolute aanrader! We hebben 15 heerlijke dagen gehad in dit prachtige appartement in Calpe. Vanaf het grote balkon heb je een schitterend uitzicht over de zee waar je elke ochtend wakker word met dat uitzicht, dat is echt genieten! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en voelt meteen als thuis. Alles was netjes, schoon en compleet ingericht. De auto konden we veilig parkeren in de garage, wat erg fijn was. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo de boulevard op, met gezellige restaurantjes, winkeltjes en natuurlijk het strand op steenworp afstand. Kortom: een perfecte locatie, een comfortabel verblijf en een prachtige omgeving. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

El apartamento de Lucia cumplió sobradamente con lo publicitado. Es un apartamento espacioso, luminoso y con una ubicación inmejorable. se encuentra a 3 pasos de los mejores sitios de ocio, tanto restaurantes como locales de copas. Nada ruiodoso y la propietaria muy atenta. Por ponerle un pero, ampliaria un poco la hora de salida. Denia es un lugar perfecto para despues de cenar tomar unas copas y al dia siguiente tener q madrugar para hacer el check out se hace durillo. No obstante repetiremos!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Villajoyosa. Der morgendliche Blick von der Terrasse direkt auf das Meer war unglaublich entspannend und hat den Tag perfekt begonnen. Besonders schön war es, nachts das sanfte Schwappen der Wellen zu hören – das hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Unterkunft selbst war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft lagen Haare vom Vorbesitzer auf dem Boden, die nach unserer Rückmeldung jedoch prompt entfernt wurden. Außerdem gab es einige Flecken auf dem Sofa, was etwas schade war, aber insgesamt hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wer hier Urlaub macht, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben oder mieten, um die schönen Sandstrände zu erreichen, die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu verschieden Restaurants zu gelangen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

Fuimos 4 parejas con niños pequeños de 0-2 años. Todas las habitaciones estaban bien acondicionadas y nos sentimos muy acogidos. Ademas Anne fue muy atenta y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. repetiriamos sin duda.

Wij hebben met een gezin van 6 (6 volwassenen) een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit verblijf. Het is een verblijf in een rustige omgeving op 10 minuutjes rijden van Benidorm (ze zijn wel veel aan het bouwen in de betreffende omgeving, maar daar heb je in principe geen last van). De faciliteiten, waaronder de 3 badkamers en 3 slaapkamers waren heel schoon en modern. Verder was het mogelijk om twee auto's op de oprit te parkeren, waardoor deze altijd veilig bij het huisje stonden. Ook de host was suoer vriendelijk. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan als je met je gezin in een rustige omgeving wilt genieten van het mooie weer en lekker wilt zwemmen. Mocht je naar een drukkere omgeving willen gaan, dan sta je zo vanuit het verblijf in Benidorm!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Our stay was a fantastic experience - the apartment itself has everything one might need: from kitchen utensils to even a beach chair and a sun parasol. It was very easy to find, we are grateful we were allowed to check in earlier as we had an early morning flight. The walk to the best beach in Calpe only takes 1,5min and from the balcony you can see the sunrise over the sea, as well as Ifac mountain. Also, right next door there's a small supermarket, which caters to all basic needs. We were recommended a restaurant by the hostess - and it was really worth the try - tasty food and drinks. Overall, one of my best experiences in Spain, would definitely recommend!

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!
