We reached out to Christine last minute because we had a problem with our other stay booked with another host. She was quick to respond and super helpful. She was able to get the place turned over in an hour for us. When we arrived it was spotless, smelled lovely and had everything I could have needed. I would recommend and would stay again.

This was my third time staying with Susan and Greg, and every stay at their cottage in Baywood has been a blast. It’s peaceful, quiet, and Susan and Greg are wonderful hosts. The cottage is in the perfect spot to be able to walk to anything in Baywood Park (be sure to check out High Street Deli and Noi’s 2nd Street Cafe!). I’ve made it a point to stay here every time I’m down in the area for a longer trip, I can’t recommend it enough.

Highly recommended! This house is located in a private and quiet area. Once you get past the entrance gate, there’s a private road leading to the home, which offers a beautiful view to a neighboring field of grapevines. From inside the home, there’s a beautiful view to the fields. If you are in town for the wine culture, consider planning a visit to Willow Creek Wine Co., who offers amazing chenin blancs, and Union Sacre for ecclectic wines. Overall, great experience.

Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Thank you for opening your home and welcoming us so warmly. We felt like you gave us permission to make ourselves at home, and we did. Your common areas were perfect for us. We had lots of cooks in your large, well-stocked kitchen, and made full use of your counter space and equipment. We all gathered around your big dining table and enjoyed family meals together. Your living room was perfect for our evenings of singing together and telling stories. We think the high ceiling made for good acoustics! We also loved the location and proximity to Fiscalini Ranch. The neighborhood flock of wild turkeys were quite entertaining, too.

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

The location of this Airbnb is incredible! I’ve been going to Cambria for way over a decade and this was one of the best located places I have ever stayed. My mom and I had a great time being able to walk everywhere. Thorne was so responsive and kind with a few issues we had and was very quick in solving them. She’s a wonderful host and I would hands down book with her again.

Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

Avila Beach is a hidden gem! John and his family shared all their local knowledge which helped us plan. Excellent communication and very flexible on arrival/departure.

Diane's Nottage was the best Airbnb I've stayed in recently - I am a clean freak, and this place did not disappoint! The ample counter space in the bathroom was a pleasure, as was the big, new shower and comfy living area. She clearly labeled all of the light switches which was a huge help. I loved the backyard garden and the overall layout of the Nottage - It felt so private and safe. I now want more reasons to visit SLO so I can book Diane's home again!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Captain’s-Stunning Bay & Ocean Views! Matt and Toni were wonderful hosts . From the moment I inquired about the apartment they showed attentiveness and quick response and a very warm welcome once we arrived. I’d mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a sparkling Rose’ wine bottle with a happy anniversary card and a happy anniversary letters banner hanging from the living room window. There was an area on the floor with doggie mat and a basket with doggie treats and amenities. They even emailed us a guidebook of the nearby restaurants and places to visit. The views from the windows facing the bay were breathtaking and picturesque and could hear sea lions barking. The apartment was very clean and didn’t even have any pet odors considering that pets are welcome. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene and we felt safe walking down to the bay even after dark. The perfect mini vacation.

We would stay at Corey's place again. He is quick to respond. He provided info and map of local area to look at. Nice surprise he had a coffee grinder, we didn't need to bring our own, he even had coffee beans, but we brought some. Beds were very comfortable, plunty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked. I can't think of anything they didn't have. It's a very nice place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

Hi David and Tammy, this is Art Burgos - finally got back home, I didn't bring my laptop (glad to get away from it) Had a wonderful time your home is beautiful my wife and I walked to the beach and dinner, my wife was happy to see a fireplace (we have 3 fireplaces in our home) One thing I might suggest was to consider installing is a 1 hour timer on your fireplace instead of a switch - we were good and only used it a short time before bed, Ihave one in my bedroom and love that I don't have to get up to shut it off - I did not contact house cleaning, I recently had to purchase a new phone and made this reservation on my computer

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Was very comfortable & relaxing. Was in walking distance of down town, but place was quiet. Little extras if you forgot something or need something (ex: scissors, q-tips, iron, etc.) Anna was quick to respond & gave detailed instructions. Appreciated having an enjoyable place to stay.

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

This was our third stay at this beautiful Pismo Beach condo, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s become our favorite spot for our annual summer trip, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. We noticed a few thoughtful updates since our last visit, and everything was just perfect. The view from the dining and living room is so stunning, we never even feel the need to go out for dinner—we’d rather enjoy every sunset right here. The place is fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and comfortable for our little family of four. We already can’t wait to come back!
