We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, and we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely come back

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would be happy to stay another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is an accurate, very kind host. Two beautiful and quiet cats also stay in the gardens of the various apartments! It was great staying in this apartment, I would very much like to go back. Highly recommended

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to return.

A little slice of heaven! It is a mini apartment with everything you need to stay quietly. Ability to go to the beach or see the waterfall even on foot. Availability of shops to do shopping 15 minutes away by car with everything you need (they are also closer but small, we opted for large shops because they are equipped with everything, such as the meat already prepared to be grilled). Lovely place, very quiet. The other guests were equally respectful and quiet, and the children were able to interact with other children of different nationalities,play, and pet the animals.

Fantastic stay with this exceptional host. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. Marie furnished and refurbished it with a lot of love, and it shows. She is assisted by her mother Rachel, who is also very attentive. The view is splendid, the sunsets from the terrace are to die for. Recommended, without reservation. It's a shame to have to leave this little corner of paradise!

A spontaneous 4-day getaway...4 magnificent days to break away from the routine...and here you can really break away! We arrived in this paradise, me, my partner and our furry bullet, who treated us like a princess... the welcome was amazing... Valentino and his mom are exquisite people, very kind and helpful, they make you feel at home... he is an ambitious and well-educated young man, ready to give advice on places, the various restaurants, the various activities, he gave us a tour of the farm that he himself meticulously takes care of, letting us taste products from his garden and strawberries...which...well, we had forgotten the real taste of strawberries...a truly breathtaking swimming pool just a stone's throw from our apartment, surrounded by vineyards and surrounded by the chirping of birds...if you are looking for a place to unwind...clean, tidy and completely relaxing, this is the place for you...we will definitely be back and we thank you for the wonderful days we spent here!🧡

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

To describe it in one word: Beautiful! The location is enchanting and quiet. The space spotless, beautiful and very clean. Very nicely restored furniture, which always amazed me. There are all modern amenities and there is everything that is needed. Marie-Ange and Christian are very warm hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. They explained everything to us and were always very helpful. The bakery wagon is highly recommended. This visits the house in the morning on weekdays. The bed was also a dream for us. Very comfortable and the space, the house.. just everything is great. If you're looking for peace and comfort, this is the place to be. There are beautiful mountain villages in the area. We highly recommend the place. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Only 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Great apartment in a very quiet location right on the beach. Equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen has everything to cook for yourself. Matteo is also a nice host and always available. Gladly again at any time!

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.
