We cannot say enough about how wonderful Cosimo and Francesca are! Started our days with Francesca’s biscotti and jam and ended with Cosimo making our dinner reservations! Sister and Tullio were sensational. wonderful communication and still gave us a ride to their house. Not enough, we received it with wine, snack and water. And, as it was my birthday, they already booked troteria. super indico! the view from the house is perfect!

Giulia's apartment is very nice, cozy and they were very receptive to me and my wife. We found everything we needed for our stay in Florence and they even left some treats, from cookies to juices. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the accommodation.

We loved our stay at Mary and Gio's apartment. A beautiful home that was even better than the pictures. We especially loved the private balcony with the gorgeous view of the Duomo. The apartment had everything we needed. Gio was such a welcoming host. We hope to be back!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Amazing Stay in Radda!” We had an incredible stay at this cozy and spotless home! It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The views were absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. The location was perfect, close to beautiful wineries and historic castles. We absolutely loved the charm of Radda; it’s been our favorite stop while traveling through Italy. Highly recommend staying here — you won’t be disappointed!

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

The views are breathtaking from all the rooms, especially from the balcony, which became our favorite spot. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main points of interest. Super well-equipped apartment, we didn't miss anything, with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Mirko and his family were exceptional hosts. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to!

Apartment larger than the photos. Clean, very well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Federica responds to questions immediately. Very kind and allowed us to stay in the house even after check-out time. I would definitely stay here again.

Francesca is a present and delicious guest as well as her apartment: fresh flowers upon our arrival, small attention and great availability. In short, everything is perfect for those who want to get away and immerse themselves in nature!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
