A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Beautiful house of charm, family spirit, quiet, functional, welcoming in a green setting. You will stay in a five level home! The nail being in the attic a hut room decorated by me! The city center of Candé is within an 8-minute walk . For accuracy, it is my main house! Also, I stay following the welcome of my guests in a studio in the garden which is large , and you can enjoy it .
