The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: besides the cumbersome access directly from the parking lot, there is a second access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

A very nice apartment. Beach is a few minutes' walk away and we could explore the island from here. We enjoyed the time at Tania's very much.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

Small corner of paradise surrounded by nature in Marina di Campo. The two-room apartment is inside a tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The lady who manages it is very nice and friendly. The garden is really wonderful, a vacation inside the vacation, there is an area with hammocks, bocce, a solarium and a barbecue to eat out. Everything is truly furnished with care and love. You are fresh and enjoy the tranquility of the place in the green. There are also bicycles for rent. The sea is one kilometer away. Highly recommended!!

Francesco and Jessica were very nice and always available. We were initially a little late by the ferry but we were always in contact and could check in flexibly. Francesco was waiting for us and accompanied us to the accommodation. The place is just outside and can only be reached by one vehicle. The garden is a good size, is very well maintained, completely fenced and the fireplace invites you to grill. All necessary materials are available for this. The apartment is clean and cozy. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. There were enough towels available and there was shampoo etc. for 1-2 days. The rest of the apartment was also very nice. The town of Porto Azzuro has plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice time on Elba and would be happy to come back.

Thanks to Roberta for her hospitality. The photos don't do it justice because the house and the place where it is located are far more beautiful than they appear in the photos. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach the nearest beach and the center also on foot in 10 minutes. The house is equipped with every good thing for your stay. Roberta was very kind in welcoming us and responsive during the stay. A note of merit also to the garden equipped with a barbecue table with gazebo for outdoor dining and it is also possible to park the car inside. What can I say... I recommend everyone to stay with Roberta both for the lovely place and for the exceptional host that Roberta is. I hope to stay again in the future.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to the beach on foot, there is also a beach in 20 minutes, the accommodation itself is good, it was clean, top for your money. I would like to express my special gratitude for the warm welcome to Simonetta and her son Matteo. They helped to book restaurants, advised what attractions, when it's worth visiting, sent a guide 2 weeks before arrival, helped to buy discounted ferry tickets.

Mirta was super helpful and quick to respond. The clear and timely instructions he gave us allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. The house is small but with well-arranged spaces that make it comfortable and cozy. The terrace with a direct view of the sea is wonderful.

We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

I highly recommend this place. The apartment is simple but clean and well-equipped. It offers everything you need with two small children (except for a high chair, but we brought that ourselves). There is a washing machine and even a small dishwasher. The best thing about the accommodation is the beautiful outdoor area - we loved sitting on the terrace and spent a lot of time in the beautiful (fully fenced) garden. The sea view is a dream! Nisportino is a very small, remote and therefore quiet place. There are no stores or cafés in the village. If you have a car and don't mind driving 20 minutes up a winding road to do your shopping (or 30 min to the nicest beaches), you can find peace and relaxation in the middle of the countryside here. It really is a very beautiful, unspoilt area, spared from the tourist crowds. A huge thank you to Gianluca, who is an excellent and very friendly host. He responded to all our questions within a few minutes and was always very easy to reach. Grazie!

We are a very young couple who stayed at this place for 7 nights. The apartment is small but perfect for 2 and offers all the necessary services. Surely the highlight of the apartment is the exterior, which has a large garden on 2 sides of the house and 2 tables, which we tried to take advantage of as much as possible by eating outside. In addition to that, the view is spectacular: you can see the sea and the other part of the island. The host was always available for local advice and also to make sure everything was going well. The only "flaw" that we are reporting is the lack of sheets, pillowcases and everything about the bed, which for the price of the apartment and the airbnb service fee could already be present. We recommend the apartment for those who want a peaceful and intimate stay. PS: We highly recommend visiting the island by car, although there are public transport, taxis and car rentals.
