NO PARTIES ! Small, detached duplex cottage in a very quiet, wooded setting, 2 minutes from the Nantes ring road. Easy parking on site, even for large vehicles. We live in the terraced house on the right, but we respect your privacy and peace and quiet. The garden is large and shared, and part of the furnished terrace is entirely dedicated to you. Walks in the forest are within walking distance! SMOKING and FRYING FOOD indoors are prohibited.

Gîte La Perrière

A break from the countryside, close to the canal from Nantes to Brest (15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike) and the Vélodyssée. We are located 35 minutes by car from Nantes and 40 minutes from the sea. You will be able to enjoy both the countryside, the forest, the sea and a large metropolis by coming to stay in our cottage that we wanted to cocoon! The cottage is equipped with a key box in case of late arrival.
