A nice and cozy little house. The hot tub is ideal for relaxing. It's the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect and rest. In addition to having hiking trails, which is what we like.

The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, thank you, michas. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

Fully equipped apartment, it lacks nothing. It's just as seen in the photos. A parking spot next to the elevator. Direct access to the beach. Spectacular views. We were very comfortable.

A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

We had a great stay! Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Loved the church bells! And the terrace. Absolutely recommend!

Everything is great. Torrenostra, at least out of season, is super quiet. The apartment was very clean, with a terrace overlooking the sea and half a minute from terraces and restaurants.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

Great location, 3 minutes to the promenade, 3 minutes to the metro and bus stop. Vincente is super friendly and helps where he can! The Airbnb is very well equipped! We even got beach towels. I would book it again anytime:-)

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

Very good stay in Roberto's apartment. Both he and his father have been attentive to everything we have needed. The apartment is great, with a beautiful and quiet beach nearby, the apartment has phenomenal views of the coast

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

Ideal base for a holiday where you want to combine city and beach! Very nice and complete apartment only 5 min walk from Patacona beach. A spacious, nice and reasonably quiet beach, where many locals also come. Eating places on the beach and some in the neighborhood. In the summer, there are a few beach bars (chiringuito's). Cozy atmosphere! For a visit to the city, you can use public transport (especially the bus, which runs very regularly and nearby, travel time 45-60 minutes to the center). However, we rented bicycles for us with our daughter on the back. So we had all the time and flexibility. It is nice to cycle to the center along the boulevards of the beaches of Valencia and through the Turiapark. You can also expect 45-60 min travel time (without stops). There are many bike paths and reasonably well signposted in Valencia. And the city is flat. Cycling is really fun and very easy to do from the apartment. We placed the bikes in the underground garage.

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
