Vous séjournerez pour vos loisirs (ou à titre professionnel) dans une aile du bâtiment, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

A 20-minute walk from the village by a bucolic path, along the Vélodysssée (Canal de Nantes à Brest) and the Régalante, this former artist's studio with views of the Plains of Mazerolles, is completely renovated and newly equipped. Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

Quiet accommodation, close to Nantes (30-40 min from the city center with direct bus, 20-30 min by car). Independent accommodation, adjoining our house, fully equipped with small kitchen and living area independent of the bedroom as well as a bathroom (see my accommodation section for more information). Terrace and private outdoor space. Parking space for car. View of landscaped garden. Weekly or monthly rental possible with an adapted rate. Quiet and rest guaranteed!

Maison organique

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

Carquefou studio

22m2 studio on the first floor of a hotel residence you will find an entrance with closet an equipped kitchenette, living room with double bed (new bedding). a spacious bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Linens are provided as well as the basics of coffee, tea, sugar... Free wifi, a laundromat is at your disposal, ask, the key at the reception. Parking is free and secure. Access to the apartment is free via a lockbox.

Small apartment full of tricks, located at the foot of Nantes train station, on the top floor (no elevator) of a beautiful building. No stress to catch the train. View of the Jardin des Plantes. Apartment completely refurbished this year. Perfect for 2 people. Café, tram, bakery, entrance to the Jardin des Plantes at the foot of the building. Pharmacy, tobacco, newspapers, restaurant in the train station.

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
