Holiday rentals with beach access in Castel Volturno

Gorgeous / dreamy apartment which feels like it should be in a modern home magazine. We loved the area, great restaurants nearby, Forio port is closer to arrive by boat then Ischia port and once there its only a 25 min walk. There are some famous botanical gardens 10 mins walking from the flat and go first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. Negombo thermal spa is also a short taxi drive and really special. Spend the whole day there. Great restaurants, massages and pools. We had an amazing holiday on this little gem of an island. Will definitely be back

My husband and I recently spent two nights at Barbara’s apartment in Santa Lucia and loved our stay. The place is exactly as shown and described. Spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet given that it is street facing. The bed is extremely comfortable too. Barbara greeted us at the door and showed us around the apartment. The free breakfast coupons for the restaurant on the ground floor of the building and the bottle of prosecco were nice touches. Barbara is a very friendly and responsive host. Santa Lucia is a great neighbor to be in Naples. It’s close to the waterfront promenade with great restaurants, close to ferries, and has a great vibe. I highly recommend her place.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everything from start to finish was just perfect! The apartment is located near the town center and is within walking distance from several amazing restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and amazing shops including a grocery store. It also has the most beautiful view! Anna was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and during. She organized car transportation, dinner reservations, as well as a chef dinner hosted at the apartment, with several courses that were all family recipes and unique to the area of Praiano. This experience was worth every single penny! We really fell in love with Praiano. So many restaurants with the best food and very kind people, with zero crowd from the surrounding areas. We cannot wait to come back someday!

Fabulous apartment. Truly spectacular views out to the sea and islands and lovely little balconies (even the back bedroom had a cute balcony with pretty view of greenery). Large airy apartment that was ideal for our family which required three separate bedrooms and appreciated two shower rooms. Everyone blown away by the fabulous views not only of the sea but this bustling Naples suburb below. Great restaurants and quality food shopping on the doorstep as was the bus that takes you into the centre of Naples or further along the coast in the other direction. We mixed city centre site seeing with three days on the paid for beaches (2 at Bagno Elena, 10 minute walk or short bus trip on the way into town, 1 at Baia Delle Rocce Verdi further along Posillipo coast on bus then 20 minute walk to resort or taxi). Great host, prompt and friendly responses, and lovely in person welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this home and a visit to Naples.

A gem of a place a little oasis would definitely recommend you stay here. Very friendly and welcoming and even surprised my wife with a birthday cake and prosecco. Plus had pastries delivered to our apartment for breakfast. Lots of nice restaurants and beach nearby.great communication from Nunzio.

Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Tusind tak for et virkelig dejligt ophold i jeres smukke hus. Vi nød den smukke udsigt fra terrassen og at bo på bjerget, hvor huset lå i private omgivelser. Alt var pænt og rent, gode køkkenfaciliteter, gode senge, behagelige møbler på terrassen og fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Michelas mand hentede os i bil og kørte os til huset. Han var meget hjælpsom og gav os en masse gode tips og råd. God kommunikation og hurtig og hjælpsom respons. This was the perfect place for our first time in Positano. The views are breathtaking, the location is very convenient and the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. Letizia and Grady are superb hosts. They were very helpful in preparation for our trip, Grady greeted us on arrival and arranged porters to move our bags when we checked in and out (pro tip for any first timers: don’t think twice about hiring porters, you won’t regret it). Their guidebook was full of great suggestions and made it really easy for us to plan our stay. I know we will be back to Positano someday and this will be the first place we book!

We had the most amazing time on our honeymoon staying here! Carlo met us promptly upon arrival, walked us to the house and gave us tips for getting around Positano. The terrace was amazing and offered spectacular views. This side of Positano was less crowded and we were happy to not be in the craziness of the main beach and port. It was a quick walk to literally everything. We hope to come back, and highly recommend!

We had an amazing 4 nights in this beautiful location, Melania’s place is situated in an idyllic area. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Melania gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and where to eat and was very helpful. We would love to return again sometime in the future. This place is a real gem!

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne z przestronnym tarasem i robiącym ogromne wrażenie widokiem na morze i port . Wejście do apartamentu jest wśród bardzo zadbanych kwiatów co bardzo lubię . W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy . Bardzo blisko jest przystanek autobusowy aby dojechać do centrum Capri . Wyspa piękna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana . Silvana i Francesco bardzo pomocni , od razu reagujący na nasze potrzeby . Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt . Najlepszy nasz wyjazd ! Gorąco polecam ten apartament , znakomity ❤️🌹

Gorgeous home, really airy and spacious with a spectacular view. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning. Arianna was really welcoming, helpful and friendly. She arranged our taxi transfers and porters for our large luggage. I would recommend the luggage porters if you have large bags. We loved the location, Praiano Is pretty with amazing views, it has some lovely restaurants and we really loved swimming in Furore, ☺️. There is a great delicatessen close to the house which also has coffee and very good hot food to takeaway. We were here for a week and would love to have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una notte da Margherita a Marina grande. L'appartamento corrisponde fedelmente alle immagine e alla descrizione fatte su airbnb. L'accesso è molto semplice, Margherita è molto disponibile. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort. Torneremo sicuramente.

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Praiano est une ville charmante, authentique et calme. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit. L’appartement est très beau et propre. Il y a beaucoup de commodités: lave-vaisselle, petite laveuse, etc. La vue de la terrasse est fabuleuse! La plage de Praiano et différents commerces sont à proximité. Antonio est un hôte qui s’assure en tout temps que tout va bien pour les occupants. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute ce logement!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area. A short walk from the bustling Sorrento. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Alberto gave us help with booking transport from Naples airport and even meet us at the bus stop. He could not have been more informative and kind. We feel very lucky to have found this place it was fabulous in everyway and the host we could not have been more helpful. thank you for an unforgettable experience

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Netter Kontakt, offen und hilfsbereit, einfacher Check-In. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf das rege Treiben am Hafen ist wirklich einmalig und erstaunlicherweise nicht einmal laut. laut. Gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Die eng getakteten Busse, die direkt am Hafen abfahren/ankommen bringen einen überall hin auf der ganzen Insel. Wunderbar!

Me and my husband loved staying here! It is honestly better than the pictures. The views were amazing, the beach that is close by is amazing and more private than the beaches in Amalfi and Atrani. Since it is close to the street you can hear traffic. However, at night it slows down so we didn’t have trouble sleeping. The bed was okay but similar to other beds in Europe. Overall, loved this place and it was close by to everything without all the tourist. It felt very quaint and we felt the true essence of Amalfi!
