The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

L' appartamento comprende anche una saletta per la colazione, un bagno in camera e un secondo bagno con doccia. Inoltre ha una porzione di una grande terrazza arredata, l'accesso esterno dalla scala principale del palazzo, posta al terzo piano per poter godere di una vista mozzafiato e del sole siciliano.

The apartment is very central, located just in front of the historical "Osterio Magno" Palace, the old residence of the king Ruggero, 100 meters far from the Norman Cathedral and about 150 meters far from the beach. Everything you may need is at walking distance: pubs, bar, shops, restaurants, cafe' are all at 2 minutes walk, or less. The sea is 5 minutes walk and all the monuments are very close. The big Rock of Cefalu is just behind the house and can be easily reached for a nice excursion
