Dream location! Just like the pictures. Great access to water all around. Francesca was super helpful with navigating parking options and recommendations in neighboring towns.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was beautiful with lovely views from all the windows/balconies. Giuliano was very responsive to us throughout our stay answering any questions and helping us with any local knowledge we needed.

The apartment is enchanting, we found a cake as a welcome gift, in the kitchen everything was really available. The facility is extremely stylish and cozy. We could see the sunset from the roof terrace. Marco is super nice and he gave us a list of perfect recommendations. The location is perfectly close to the great botanical garden and in the up-and-coming Kalsa district. We can only recommend the apartment and we would absolutely love to come back.

Staying at Antonino's house was pleasant and comfortable. Tastefully furnished apartment, with all the comforts and well equipped also with spare bed linen, bathroom and kitchen. Great value for money. Arrival is via an app, no key is needed, it's really very convenient. The area is quiet and there are places to easily park your car. The kitchen is functional and practical. Responsive and thoughtful host who does not hesitate to answer our questions and advise us. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Giovanni's place! It was paradise at this apartment, don't hesitate to book it. Had a bit of a hard time finding at first, but once we did it was a beautiful stay. The garden is huge and there are adorable cats always around. The room was just as described and the location was great. Only thing I would suggest for the check-in process is a photo of the large wooden gate outside to make sure you’re in the right place. Right in the historic center but on a small quiet side street not really accessible by most cars. We really enjoyed our time here.

The apartment was perfect for our last few days in Sicily, a very charming and walkable town with perfect beaches and coves nearby for swimming. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, on the ground floor and maintained by a local family who picked us up from the train and also helped organise transport to the airport. We'd definitely return if in the area again - thanks ☺️

Magnificent view of Mondello. The apartment is very nice and the terrace offers guaranteed moments of relaxation. Beach and restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes). Andréa was responsive and attentive to our requests.

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. It was nice waking up to a view of the sea and walking into town. The city center was only about a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment was a bit hard for us to find at first but Marina was super communicative and even sent a picture of the front door and stood outside for us to find it. Grazie mille!

We had a great stay at Gab’s place. The location is extremely convenient, everything was close by and easy to reach. The apartment was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the heat. Gab was punctual, responsive, and professional throughout. He even left us water, which came in super handy. All in all, a smooth and comfortable experience. Gab earned this review, highly recommended!

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Great start of our holiday in Sicily. More quiet place with beautiful sunsets every night on the roof terrace or boulevard. Well located for trips to inland, Palermo or west side of the island.

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

we had a lovely stay. everything was perfect apart from the smell of humidity quite strong that can't leave despite the means tried by the host because lack of natural ventilation and air current possible. I think the hot tub is useless and adds even more humidity but that's only our opinion. and the mattress can be too soft but for a few nights, it's not a big problem. we loved the location, the ease, the exchanges and the availability of MAuro compared to our requests. thank you again! we had a great stay

Very charming and large renovated apartment with high ceilings and large French doors opening on to Juliet balconies just steps from via Maqueda and Vucciria. Big, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Perfect spot for a stay in Palermo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
