3 days is not enough here, with the charming city of Bologna and convenient stay at Caterina - plan more days for your trip. Anyways, it’s a really nice stay and Caterina was friendly too, we had coffee together the day we checked in :)

This is a nice room, walking distance from the train station. We didn't get to meet Tania, but she was very friendly and proactive in her communications. Everything was easy and comfortable. The only thing that was a little weird was the heating. It seems the central heating is only on in the building at certain hours. There is a heat pump that can be used to add heat if needed, but we didn't figure this out on our own, and we arrived too late to ask until the next day.

Great location as it's walkable to just about everywhere in the center. Plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores in the neighborhood. Although it is located on a bustling street, it was very quiet inside The unit is very clean, but the white everywhere makes it a bit sterile. Maybe a few Bologna touches would make it more homey. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the weekly cleaning service. Wifi worked great. Shower is small, but has great pressure and hot water. We enjoyed the outdoor terraza several times. Kitchen was minimally functional. Would be nice if they at least provided salt and pepper, a lid for frying pan, and some decent sized glasses. There are 30 steps to get up to the hallway to enter the unit which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others. Sylvia and her team were always responsive, cheerful and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

It was a great time! Giulia is very nice, very communicative, she helped us in many issues. She recommended all the places worth visiting. The contact was excellent, we did not feel left to ourselves. The apartment had everything you needed, clean, comfortable. Bologna is beautiful! If you feel like going to Bologna - I recommend GiHome and Giulia 🫶🏻
