Cheerful luxury cottage with private garden

My beautiful detached luxury finished cottage with its own entrance and large private garden is located at 3 km from the beach, forests and dunes. A new kitchen was installed in March 2022 with refrigerator, induction hob, and microwave. Now that it's ready, we no longer serve breakfast starting in March 2022. Close to cities such as Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The garden with umbrella and sun beds and optimal privacy. The cottage with its own central heating and equipped with every comfort. At the cottage a lovely veranda.

Our comfortable summer house is called "Aremer Duin" and is located directly on the nature reserve the Kennemer Duinen. The beautiful, quiet beach of Egmond-Binnen can be reached within walking distance (2 km) via the dunes. The summer house is completely independent, has a free entrance and fantastic views of the bulb fields and the Abbey. It is nicely decorated and equipped with every comfort. A good base for beautiful cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem and the Wadden Islands (including Texel).

Cosy gypsy wagon on a pleasant farm. The beautiful view over the meadows is recommencded for nature lovers and the who seek peace or want to relax The beautiful views and clouds are a feast for the eyes. There are goats and ponies, which the young guests will enjoy. They can cuddle with the rabbits and our cheerful dogs. Furthermore, we have a horse, sheep, chickens, birds and guinea pig. Wagon is well insulated, also suitable for spring and winter. Toilet unit at about 20 meters distance.

The finest cottage in Castricum

Under the beautiful rose arch is the entrance to the Yellow Bird House. Upholstered with wood and located in the greenery, the feeling of peace and vacation overwhelms you. In the morning the birds chirp welcome you and you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. The house is fully equipped and you have your own garden. Here you can enjoy the sun. The beach and dunes are practically your backyard, but the cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are also nice and close.
