Wir bieten eine weitere kleine Wohnung (ca.50qm) für max. 4 Personen im 1. OG unseres ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus am Rande von Recklinghausen an. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil, es gibt beidseitig einen Handlauf. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Siedlung , umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Die Anbindung zur A2 und A43 ist optimal. Bushaltestellen und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe . Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen in die Natur ein.

Entspanne dich alleine, zu zweit oder mit der ganzen Familie in unserer voll ausgestatteten und gemütlichen 50qm großen Ferienwohnung mitten im Ruhrgebiet. Bochum, Dortmund und weitere Städte sind von hier aus schnell erreichbar. Es gibt zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, auch Richtung Dortmund und Bochum. Eine Bahnhaltestelle sowie mehrere Autobahnauffahrten sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ( A42/A43/A45/A2).

Enjoy the tranquility on the farm. Despite rural idyll, shopping and leisure activities can be reached quickly by car. Since we are in the middle of the Ruhr area, the cities of Dortmund and Bochum can be reached quickly by car or public transport.
