Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Our modern furnished and newly renovated apartment is located on a private floor on the 2nd floor and offers the perfect starting point for any purpose - whether it's a Ruhr Valley tour, stadium visit or business trip. The apartment is centrally located near the A40, but is quietly located and therefore a place for contemplation and relaxation. In addition to two large bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, the spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to develop.

The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
