Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Caucasus

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Очень уютный и красивый дом в посёлке Шекветили. Мы отдыхали с друзьями в середине апреля, вокруг тихо и спокойно, ощущение - будто мы вообще одни там были. До моря 5 минут, песчаный пляж, когда был шторм, очень красиво разливаются волны! Вид с крыши дома, на наш взгляд, его главная фишка - с одной стороны смотришь через деревья на море, с другой горы 🔥 Утром можно посидеть в тишине попить кофе, а вечером любоваться звёздами! Внутри дома очень уютно и есть всё необходимое для комфортной жизни, есть вся посуда для готовки, духовка, посудомойка, микроволновка и даже турка!) Для 8 человек идеально по количеству спальных мест Большое спасибо хозяевам дома за предоставление всей информации до заселения и тёплый приём. Нам очень понравилось, рекомендую! 💯 С удовольствием бы вернулись туда в более тёплое время

Ich bin froh, dass wir diese Unterkunft gewählt hatten. Die Aussicht und der Flair mit dem Panoramafenster ist wirklich vortrefflich. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war makellos, die Kommunikation und der Service waren äußerst gut. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach ein Erlebnis ... dort auf dem Sofa zu sitzen und das nächtliche Tiflis von oben zu sehen und zu hören ... Besonders sinnvoll finde ich die riesige Klimaanlage/Heizung. In sehr kurzer Zeit bringt man damit die Wohnung auf exakt die Temperatur, die man haben möchte. Hinweis: Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Türen. Daher ist die Wohnung (wegen der fehlenden Privatsphäre untereinander) nicht für jede Personengruppe geeignet. Außerdem wird es früh morgens sehr hell und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung des Raumes. Sofern der Vermieter das nicht korrigiert hat, muss man entweder um 7 Uhr aufwachen oder eine gute Schlafmaske mitbringen.

Lusine è stata una host accogliente e disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati di notte e con il volo in ritardo. Posizione tranquilla leggermente dislocata dal centro città, raggiungibile facilmente in una passeggiata di 30 minuti o con un taxi in meno di 10 minuti. La stanza era come da descrizione, molto pulita e confortevole, e con tutto il necessario. Esperienza molto positiva!

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Konstantins Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Gartenteich mit den Fischen war ein echtes Highlight und hat eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir waren zu viert da und konnten wunderbar grillen und einfach abschalten. Konstantin ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir beim Checkout aus Versehen den Autoschlüssel im Auto eingeschlossen haben, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat uns dabei geholfen, das Auto wieder zu öffnen. Ohne ihn hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug verpasst und hohe Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst zahlen müssen. Wir sind ihm sehr, sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 🙏✨

5 estrellas es una puntuación insuficiente para este alojamiento. El trato de la familia anfitriona es absolutamente excepcional, son extremadamente amables y cuidadosos con el trato. El apartamento es maravilloso. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y las vistas son excelentes. Ha sido una estancia excepcional por el trato y por el alojamiento en sí.

Thanks we had a lovely time at your place, the views after the snowfall were amazing from the bedroom. Heating was adequate for a cozy sleep.

Location was perfect. It was walkable distance from peace bridge. One of the best airbnb in tblisi.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was perfect for one person! The apartment is exactly as described, and in a very nice, walkable, and safe neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and had everything I needed, including kitchen items, closet, blankets, internet, etc. It's quite close to Marjanishvili metro/bus station, so very easy to get around, and the Fresco about ten minutes' walk was great for anything else I needed. Karine is kind and responsive, and I felt I could reach out if I needed anything- she was also accommodating about my arrival and departure, making it easy to collect and leave the key. The neighbors are also friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again, and would be happy to recommend it to travelers! I also enjoyed the courtyard and making friends with the cute cats.

Amazing spacious apartment! It was perfect for our gathering of three people. The balcony overlooking a Trinity church was a big bonus. The place is very close to metro, grocery shops and its in walking distance to all major attractions of old Tbilisi. We'll definitely stay again!

Уютная квартира, в которой конечно больше всего запоминается отдельный выход на крышу. При том, что окна на три стороны, шум улицы практически не беспокоит. Из минусов - слабый напор горячей воды.

这是我第一次来Stepantsminda，风景非常优美，入住这个cottage可以从窗子看到超美的Kazbek mountain，并且房间很干净和整洁。 这两天雨雪交加，希望有生之年再来时会再次入住这里，在晴天看到日照金山。

It was an amazing stay. It was really peaceful and the location was incredible. The host was so friendly and recommended so many activities to be done. Would repeat the stay again if i come back to visit georgia.

Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr abgelegen. Der nächste Supermarkt 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Also kauft vorher ein. Es gibt die Möglichkeit beim Eco House Essen zu gehen oder sogar dort zu bestellen. Man muss also nicht kochen. Sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr schön. Der Whirlpool ist toll und echt das Highlight unserer Übernachtungen. Einmal Kontakt mit dem Manager aufnehmen dann bekommt man auch Anweisungen wo man hin muss.

Baita fantastica ed accogliente immersa nella natura e nella pace. Equipaggiata di tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche lunghi e di gruppo. Consiglio vivamente, adatta anche a famiglie con possibilità di attività nei dintorni o anche solo per qualche giorno di relax e detox. L’host ci ha accolto in città e accompagnato nel luogo dandoci consigli utili sulla cena (la baita si trova a qualche minuto di auto dal centro città) e raccontandoci aneddoti storici sui dintorni. La comunicazione ( in inglese) è stata semplicemente e con molta velocità di risposta. Nonostante il pochissimo preavviso per la prenotazione siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente.
