Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Caucasus

Чудесный домик расположен в невероятном месте. В любое время дня вокруг просто потрясающие виды. Пребыванием остались очень довольны. В доме есть все необходимое для жизни. Машину можно оставить либо во дворе, либо на парковке перед двором. Так же стоит отметить насколько тихо в этом месте. После городской суеты это особенно порадовало.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Un véritable bijou ! En tant que professionnel du tourisme, j’ai l’habitude de visiter toutes sortes de logements — mais celui-ci est vraiment exceptionnel. La vue est tout simplement magique : montagnes, forêt, ciel en mouvement… et le doux son de la rivière en fond. Que ce soit depuis le salon, la chambre ou même le jacuzzi, on est plongé dans la nature. Oubliez la télé, ici c’est le spectacle vivant qui vous captive. Le logement est propre, bien aménagé, décoré avec goût, et le personnel est extrêmement serviable. Une nuit, un orage a causé une coupure d’électricité — nous avons contacté Hassan, et il a résolu le problème à la minute. Merci encore pour cette réactivité ! Ne vous laissez pas influencer par d’éventuels mauvais commentaires : s’il y a un problème ici, il vient probablement de la personne qui l’écrit, pas du logement. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5/5, je le ferais sans hésiter.

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

Георгий отличный хозяин. Организовал супер раннее заселение и несколько трансферов в аэропорт за моими гостями, которых я пригласил к нему на виллу. Помог с заказом экскурсии и доставкой вкуснейшей грузинской еды из ближайшего хорошего кафе. В общем, Георгий сделал для нас намного больше, чем просто гостеприимный хозяин, спасибо! :-)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Konstantins Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Gartenteich mit den Fischen war ein echtes Highlight und hat eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir waren zu viert da und konnten wunderbar grillen und einfach abschalten. Konstantin ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir beim Checkout aus Versehen den Autoschlüssel im Auto eingeschlossen haben, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat uns dabei geholfen, das Auto wieder zu öffnen. Ohne ihn hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug verpasst und hohe Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst zahlen müssen. Wir sind ihm sehr, sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 🙏✨

Fantastic place and great experience staying at Levan’s property. It’s in the heart of Tbilisi and would highly recommend for a group traveling together

Great location for this appartment very well maintained! Despite it is in the heart of the old city, close to everything needed, it is incredibly quiet! (Except for the noise from the neighbors upstairs. Not bothering so much though). It was great to have our breakfasts on the terasse in the morning, with the great weather of this early June. Shade. Quietness. (And no mosquitos). The entrance/patio could be better organized/tidied for an added value though. Thanks again to Mariam and her mom for making our stay so enjoyable. Our advise: "Luca polare", not so far, for delicious croissants and/or ice creams. ;)

The place is great, right in the centre at the Liberty square, 2 min to the metro station, all possible shops are nearby. The apartment is quite big (we never used the second bedroom), a big balcony to the internal yard so it is quite quiet. Margarita is helpful and communicative, prior to check-in provided us with exact instructions on how to find the apartment and get in.

Ika's place was fantastic. Such a beautiful place. Thanks for sharing with us. Was so clean and so many thoughtful details for the guest. These guys are pro! Will stay again.

החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לנו בAirbnb קכה איש נעים והכי נחמד שיש, והוא עזר לנו ממש מהשנייה שנחתנו ועם כל שאלה ישר ענה , גם לגבי המלצות ומה שצריך השקיע זמן והסביר ועזר והיה זמין ממש חוויה מושלמת ונעימה הדירה הייתה מושלמת והייתה ממש תחושת בית היה נקי ומסודר וכיף להגיע היא יפה ונעימה וממש מושלמת תודה גדולה על האירוח הבאמת מושלם .

주요 관광지와 시내랑 매우 가까워 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 숙소도 쾌적하고 깔끔합니다. 1박만 한게 아쉬울정도로 좋았던 숙소입니다. 추천합니다🇬🇪

Tamara is a very responsible, friendly host who cares about her apartment and people who stay in it.

Shelva was was extremely responsive and kind before and throughout our stay, the house is cozy, warm, clean and exactly like the pictures, the location is on the top of the mountain which is what makes the experience stand out— a walking distance to many core attractions.

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful place with a view of the black sea and the Rize hills. The hosts are amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Inside there is everything you need for a peaceful stay. Would highly recommend.

We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
