The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The property is in a very central, traffic-restricted zone, just 30 meters from the charming Molo beach, 200 meters from the Lungomare, and within walking distance of the main attractions, such as the beautiful Cathedral of Cefalù, the famous Medieval Lavatoio, and the picturesque alleys of the historic center. There is a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the area where you can try the local cuisine.
