Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Time out from everyday life

EVERYONE is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG HOUSE on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included in the price. For NÖ-Card holders, but also without a card, we are very central to various destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. February to Easter holidays limited operation. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Escape Berlin - Tiny House with Sauna

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Hytte Willingen - Cozy wooden hut in the uplands

We are happy to present our second hut called "Hytte". Cozily furnished in Willingen-Bömighausen, it will delight you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! (€30 per stay)

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Island cottage

Welcome to our wooden cottage on the island surrounded by a large pond and beautiful greenery. The cottage is perfect for people who want to escape the city and move to a place where peace reigns. The area around the island is great for walking, and the nearby fields and forests are great for cycling. After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.
