We had an amazing stay at Greg’s cottage. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect mix between cozy cottage and fancy amenities! We loved the sauna and the hot tub, they were amazing additions to Greg’s. The beds were super comfortable as well which is always a plus at a cottage. Greg was always responsive and was super helpful. We cannot wait to come back to this cozy cottage! Thanks Greg!

What a beautiful property! Went for a girls trip and it was the perfect spot for us. Spacious for 4 people with an awesome deck and lawn to enjoy. It was so peaceful to sit out, watch the lake and read while you drank coffee in the morning. There were games we could play, a great fire pit to sit around and a hot tub for when ending the night. The space was very clean and organized, and had everything we could need. Would love to stay here again!

The cottage was very clean, and had everything needed to make you feel right at home. Attention was paid to every little detail. This cottage was absolutely beautiful and I would rent it again in a heartbeat! Scott has been wonderful to deal with, he is very communicative and easy to talk to.

Heather’s cottage was amazing! Able to accommodate a group of guests without squishing or being in anyone’s way! A couple little insects wanted to join our weekend but nothing a paper towel and a double wipe with some all purpose cleaner couldn’t beat! After all it is a cottage! Amazing large space (especially that sunroom!) with lots of amenities (the hot tub, chrome cast, indoor speakers and pool were a BIG HIT)! Great for game nights and the sunsets were beautiful. Bunker house was also clean and very comfortable for some of guests to stay in! Overall great experience and our hosts were so nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend this cottage and would definitely book again!

Absolutely stunning, beautiful and exactly as described. The coach house was beautifully decorated and spotless. We used the hot tub and it was very refreshing after our hike. We highly recommend Kieran & Tara’s place to anyone.

What a lovely cottage - hosted with a lot of thought & intentionality. I'd rent anything from Wilder Waters - with their proactive approach to communication - everything is easy to access & understand. Everything from the decore & furniture to the ammenties like the sauna, hot tub and tranquil private deck by the water made for a great stay. Leading up to the trip Jennifer was excellent with communication - can't recommend this place enough if you want to enjoy the beauty of Calabogie! PS - Redneck Bistro & Oh El Ah's was our favourite stops.

We had an amazing stay at the Mellow Yellow Cottage! We are a family of four and invited my parents. The Cottage was so clean, spacious and had a lot of personality. We all left happy and relaxed! The kitchen is renovated and had every appliance, dish and utensil we could have needed and more. We spent loads of time on the water and on the dock. I was grateful for the qty and variety of water “toys”. My 9 year old and 16 year old were kept busy. The fire pit was used every night as was the pool table. It was quiet and private and was the perfect tranquil escape for your family. It was nice to have grocery stores and restaurants within 15 -20 min. The visit to Kingston for a few hours was also enjoyable. Overall amazing stay, highly recommend for families of varying ages. Host was engaged and proactive.

We were 5 adults and stayed at Peter’s cottage for 4 nights. We found the cottage comfortable, cozy, clean and well-appointed. The grounds are lovely with lots of seating. We took out the canoe, kayaks and SUP and toured the lake which is beautiful. We went to Gallery on the Bay, a 5 minute walk away and really enjoyed meeting the owner and local artist. We did the most beautiful hike at Sheffield conservation area, a 20 minute drive away. Highly recommend. Everything was very straight forward and Peter was very responsive to all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and quiet and private. It was beautiful to lay in bed and listen to the wildlife as we headed off to sleep. It was so cozy by the wood burning fireplace in the evening . The historical pieces that were included in the decor and the books about the history of the house were a nice touch. Highly recommend hiking at the Eagles Nest trail near by.

Our stay was beyond all expectations! If we could give it ten stars, we would! Chris was so friendly and helpful and made us all feel so welcome. The grounds were gorgeous and the cabin was a true escape, complete with fireplace, comfortable sofa and beds and every convenience you could possibly need. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the dock while two geese swam nearby with their goslings and then two beavers swam right under the dock! Morning paddle-boarding, birdwatching and enjoying Sharbot Lake’s many attractions made the weekend one of the best I’ve had. I can’t recommend Lehlewa enough if you’re looking for a perfect Lakeside retreat!

Had a great 3-day, 2-night cottage stay! The property was just as described—clean, peaceful, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, but everything else made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

We have had the pleasure of staying at Elsie’s Lyncreek cottage for several years now. What keeps us coming back? Peaceful and quiet surroundings where you can totally relax and recharge. We love just to sit and watch the river for wildlife and read a book. We really appreciate the care and attention that Elsie gives the cottage - every year we see improvements and updates. Patrick was extremely kind and responsive! The place was nicer than the photos, and the kitchen was stocked to the brim, which was very convenient. They even gave access to Netflix on both TV’s, which was very considerate.

Absolutely spectacular. Hidden gem! If you are looking for something private but still within a 15-20minute drive to groceries this is the place to stay! You won’t be disappointed. Comfortably holds a family of 6! We had an absolute blast! Stunning property and open concept cottage. Lots of natural light and gorgeous view from the living room! The dock and wrap around deck were absolutely beautiful to enjoy for sunrise and sunset! 2 hour drive to Ottawa and 2 hours to Gatineau National Park! Highly recommend the drive into Gatineau park! And Pink Salmon trail! If you have fur babies, this park is very restricted due to the sensitive eco system! Really cute shops and restaurants in downtown Ottawa and in Gatineau Park! We absolutely will be coming back (: Thank you Rachael for being an incredible host! Very responsive to requests and very accommodating !

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my dad's 70th birthday at this beautiful, secluded property! Hershel was super friendly and communicative from booking through check-out, even giving us great local recommendations when we arrived early. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—towels, linens, kitchen and BBQ supplies, toiletries, WiFi, and even a TV (though we didn’t need it!). We loved the private river for fishing, the sauna, fire pit, trails, and the stunning views. The check-in guide and house manual were clear and helpful, making everything easy to navigate, and the check-out process was stress-free. A welcome bottle of wine was also such a thoughtful touch! There was so much to do in and around the property, and though we drove three hours to get there, we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat surrounded by nature. Thank you Hershel and Tiferet for an unforgettable getaway!

We had a great stay! Aaron was super communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Both the cottage itself and surrounding area was beautiful. Definitely bring your bug spray, but cannot recommend this place enough!

It's a peaceful, quiet spot with a great backyard, a beautiful dock, and a lovely waterfront view. We especially enjoyed spending time in the gazebo and around the fire table. Our stay at the Willis lake house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was evident through the detailed guide they provided, filled with excellent recommendations for hikes, local farmers’ markets, and attractions in Gananoque and Kingston. The lake house itself is a masterpiece—modern, meticulously designed, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We loved spending our days on the dock, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The breathtaking scenery and the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and stunning sunset views made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return next year!

Stayed in early spring. Lots of books, games, movies to entertain. Internet was fast and reliable. Wood stove kept the cottage cozy. To cold to swim etc. Parents with small children be aware the path to the lake is steep with no railing. Overall loved the stay. Planning another in the fall.

What an amazing space. From the outside you feel transported into a story book, while the inside is tastefully rustic with 70s elements. It’s also stocked so well, I was throughly surprised. A walk to the beach is only roughly 5-10 minutes and it offers the tranquility you need. I will definitely be booking again.

The place was perfect for our family. We were 10 Adults and all couples had their own room to sleep. Many areas inside and out to gather and the view was spectacular! The weather was not cooperative, but we enjoyed the indoor space. We organized a mini ping pong tournament and had a blast!
