Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Central Manitoulin

The place is absolutely beautiful. The inside of the house is big and very clean every bedroom has its own bathroom . Very quiet and the scenery is spectacular especially on a clear night the stars are breathtaking . The place has everything you need and is very comfortable . Shannon is so nice and friendly to talk to . 5 stars from us for sure .

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Manitoulin. Every morning and evening, we walked our dogs in the beautiful field out back. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals, and Irene was a kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. This was the perfect home base for our hikes and adventures around the island. My friend and I (and our dogs!) would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great few days at Marilee's place. Ideal location, easy to explore Little Current area and wider Manitoulin Island. Everything was as described and matched the photos. Plenty of space and garden was nice to sit out and relax...and talk to the chickens! Marilee was very easy to communicate with and was always responsive.

I booked Diane's Airbnb for a crew of my workers. It is a beautiful place, with a lot of space for multiple people, many different accommodations, and overall a clean, neat, and organized space. This was located near our work site which was ideal, but Diane made the experience so much better. She is very kind, responsive, and willing to help which was a huge benefit since I wasn't physically there with my crew. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay with Diane and communicate with her about any questions, comments, or concerns you may have because she is beyond willing to help you and make you feel more comfortable. I rate this experience 11/10!!

Great place to stay, had a wonderful time visiting the national parks! Matthew was a great host and very responsive! Would love to stay here again.

Joyce and Mike are absolutely amazing, very professional , friendly . They go over and above to make sure you have everything . The place is very clean, spotless. I stayed with my family at Tricia's place for 2 nights. We were blown away from the moment we drove into the driveway. It was secluded yet so close to downtown. Enjoyed bonfire and barbecues at night. Everyone who saw the pictures are already asking about the place and looking to book it for their own trips. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great spot to stay to explore Manitoulin. The location is very central so it's quick to drive to the top spots. Fire pit and beach access at the location is a great perk. Nano is a very friendly and responsive host, helped us with some small issues during our stay.

Thank you Jewel for allowing us to enjoy some peace and quiet in your beautiful home. She was very welcoming, making sure we felt right at home. The location was great, perfect for exploring the area; this gorgeous place is steps away from the water, we took the paddle boat for a trip along the water front, so fun on the sunset and in the evening we had an amazing bonfire. Also she has an adorable dog Sailor Moon, so cute. Highly recommended staying here!!

Frank’s place was the perfect lakeside retreat for us as a couple. The home was spacious, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable—ideal for relaxing and unwinding together. Frank was a wonderful host—welcoming and always available if we needed anything. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views. We would absolutely love to return!

If I were to compliment Kelly and Nicole’s place in one sentence, I would say, "Located next to the national park but offering a better indoor environment than downtown, after staying for three days, I wanted to buy their cottage." Details: The location is excellent, very close to the national park yet private, away from most tourists. The cottage itself is tidy, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and pays attention to detail. As a family of four coming from a condo in downtown Toronto, I must admit, the interior decor and kitchen amenities here are more comprehensive than our home. Moreover, it's a kid and infant-friendly cottage, with all the necessary dining/sleeping/toilet facilities for children. The hosts communicate very kindly and respond to any questions clearly and quickly. In conclusion, We look forward to staying here again next year!

Our stay was beautiful, peaceful and restful. We arrived later than expected and Cheryl was gracefully awaiting us the moment we drove in. The cabin was perfectly described, yet there was even more charm and beauty in person. We slept soundly after our amazing sauna sessions each day. The sauna was in excellent condition and prepared for fair use, nothing missing and nice and hot! The area is very calm and quiet and night skies are filled with stars! Our young baby was very comfortable with the accommodations and we felt very safe and well looked after. The place was very clean and cozy with more space than it initially seemed. We will certainly look into visiting again in the future if we return to the area. Thanks a lot Cheryl!

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at Courtney’s place on MacGregor Bay. We can’t say enough great things about this place. Having a whole island to ourselves with a trail to hike, paddle boards to use, and all the amenities of home was exactly what we needed! The off grid living with a warm outdoor shower was a highlight…and the constant breeze off the bay will be missed! Our family of four all slept very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised to find a blender and a salad spinner! 😉 We feel very lucky to have found this gem and hope to return again soon. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

This was the best air bnb we have ever stayed at. The privacy and views are absolutely elite. Our toddler and dog had an even better time than us somehow and we are already plotting our return back. This is a must stay! Thank you and please keep this place up forever lol

It was great stay. Though weather was not hot enough to enjoy water activities. Host was very responsive. House was very clean and tidy. Only hardship we faced is having to carry our sheets, blankets , comforters which take up quite a lot space in the car trunk even though we had 2 cars.

My family and I (four, excluding our two puppies) were in need of a relaxing getaway for a couple of days, and we decided to choose Grey Bruce Cottages just by how incredible the photos looked! After being in contact with Ayn, I was even more impressed with the kind service and hospitality that l was met with. Upon arrival, the cabin was just as beautiful as it looked in the photos, and it was extremely clean with a noticeably pleasant smell. The kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, and especially bathrooms were also very obviously taken care of exceptionally well. During the extent of our four day stay at the cottage, my family and I had an amazing time enjoying the hot tub, firepit area, and sauna! The kitchen was perfect for making some breakfast in the morning (especially with the Reverse osmosis water) the living room was just right for winding down after an eventful day in the town, and the beds (mattress, pillows, and bedding) were all very comfortable. We will be back!
