Stone and Thistle Farm is an ideal escape from the city or and a perfect destination for any farm-curious animal lover. The private suite is lovely in an idyllic setting surrounded by green rolling hills, populated by a menagerie of farm animals- who you’ll meet and learn about on the farm tour. Denise has a beautiful approach to raising livestock and shares the experience with guests. The bathroom is newly renovated and the bed is remarkably comfortable memory foam. Great restaurants in Oneonta and Delhi are just 20 minutes away. Denise gave us excellent recommendations. We can’t wait to go back.

This Hillside Retreat was the perfect place for my stay. Located near the restaurants and campus. It is within walking distance to the lake. The accommodations were very clean and cozy feeling. More importantly it was very quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely choose Marjorie’s location, if available, if I were to return to the area. Lastly, she was very kind in having a chilled bottle of wine ready for when I arrived!

Me and my son enjoyed our stay at her location. To any artist looking to rekindle their inspiration this is a perfect spot. I was going through an artistic block and this place definitely helped rekindle my artistic eye. Amazing hospitality highly recommend recommended.

We stayed at Rebecca's one night for a concert at the JMA dome and the location was perfect! It looks just like the pictures very clean and cozy! A walkable road if you bring a dog. She even messaged me shortly after we left to let me know I forgot my coffee cup which I greatly appreciated !!! We would definitely stay there again when we're in the area! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. Erika and Jeremy went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and comfortable. Erika's granola was amazing, and Jeremy's coffee satisfied my husband's coffee needs. My husband is a coffee connoisseur, so he recognized a great cup of coffee! Jeremy knows his stuff when it comes to coffee. The location of this place worked perfectly for us. We spent our days at wineries and restaurants, returning to sleep at night and then head out again in the morning. The location allowed us easy access to all the sights we wished to visit, and Erika and Jeremy's restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Monica was a wonderful host. We felt right at home and enjoyed her place so much. The location is great! We loved seeing wildlife there and having campfires at night. There are many wineries in the area as well. Thanks again Monica 😊.

This AIRBNB was exactly as described and was very clean. It had everything that we needed during our stay and the host was very helpful describing check-in, check out and other helpful information we may need. I highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Gretchen’s. The studio is cozy and roomy at the same time. The layout is very well thought out. The bed is very comfortable. The sofa and sitting area are inviting and perfect for relaxing and reading. Kitchen is well appointed with everything one needs without being full of extra odds and ends. Very quiet — on a private road so no cars whizzing by, just the sound of the creek on the other side of the road. Highly recommended!

My fiance, myself and our dog had such a great time at Paul’s place! It’s right on the water with tons of properly for doggo to explore. Absolutely beautiful scenery with great water amenities and more. Paul was above and beyond as a host - great communication and just overall so friendly and kind. We are hoping to come back for another trip there as we had a fantastic time. Can’t recommend Paul/his place enough!! Thanks again, Paul! :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Peaceful Finger Lakes Retreat in Trumansburg. Lots of greenery and birds in the back yard, clean and cute accommodations, and host Marian was the best!! 10/10 would recommend!

10/10! We had an absolutely perfect stay at The Huxley! Amber & Peter are truly wonderful superhosts—warm, responsive, and thoughtful, while still giving you total privacy to enjoy the space. The suite itself is beautifully curated with incredible attention to detail, and the setting is peaceful and quiet—an ideal escape. The salt water hot tub was such a treat, and we were touched by the welcome bottle of sparkling wine from one of the county’s fantastic wineries. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back. The furniture and decor was so beautiful and unique! Definitely an artsy place if you're looking for something a little different than your average Bnb.

We loved our stay, this suite was perfect, very clean, super well decorated, comfy bed, amazing decorations and best location so close to everything we wanted to visit. Lauren's Place was great. It was a clean place. Most everything you would need for the weekend was right there. It's s a great private location. Driving to town was not too far nor was it difficult to drive to. Everything was about 12-15 minutes away from Lauren's Air B-N-B. I would highly recommend this cute studio apartment. Marisa O

Bill and Deb were very welcoming. The space was in their basement and they were very respectful of our coming and going (we were visiting the area we lived for 28-years). We wish we had set aside some time to enjoy their pool, hot tub, and their company. You could tell they were good people. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses and all cleaning items. It was fully stocked with coffee pods and just about every utensil, pots, pans you can imagine (better than our own home). Because it was a basement space in central NY they did have a dehumidifier and air filters that ran 24-hrs a day (out of necessity) which made the space very clean smelling but there was always “white noise” if you will, during the stay. We will stay here again if available.

spending five night at Colleen was my best experience with rental both Colleen and her husband Joe always checking up on us to see if everything was okay and if we need something.

The pictures do not lie, what you see is what you get. It was a breathe of fresh air to walk into the doors. Huge property with sufficient parking and lighting when coming in at nights. We had everything at our disposal. We had one issue and it was rectified promptly. Thank you to the host for an amazing accommodation.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved staying here for Memorial Day weekend! The space was such an amazing home base for our adventures and was very relaxing. There are stunning views of the mountains, Margaret’s garden, and surrounding woods. The art inside is breathtaking, especially Margaret’s husband Peter’s paintings. You can tell that the home is really cared for by Margaret and is full of love. Her personality is super sweet and she is extremely communicative, making sure we got in safe and would leave the driveway light on for us each night. Margaret is an extremely caring host who made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We are hoping to come back very soon!

Emine’s place is nice, clean, and quiet. It’s very easy to find and the instructions and house rules are very clear. We felt welcomed. The garden is beautiful and lively. Thank you Emine, we look forward to revisiting and staying at your place someday in the future (hopefully in summer)☺️

Great place to stay with amazing view! Wish I had more time to take one of the yoga classes offered in the studio upstair. Theresa was very responsive and provided helpful tips and local recommendation well ahead so I didn't have to do research :)

We had a great stay at Nancy’s. It was quiet and we slept well. The bed and cot were comfortable. Nancy had snacks for us and cold drinks in the fridge. Nancy has a warm and friendly personality and made us feel welcome.
